Our new favorite eatery. So many delicious soup with rich flavor! And the new team has much better customer service. In the... past,we hesitated to go there mainly because the team never greeted us and it was always awkwardly silent. Unlike the overpricedand tasteless Panera, Zoup has so many soup and sandwich options with very reasonable price. The only downside was that my hubbyordered their New Mexican street corn chicken bowl, but the corns were soggy and weren?t toasted at all as advertised. Great soups! I loved that they allow you to sample. My favorite is the lobster bisque and I also liked the chicken pot pie soup... because it had veggies as well as the crumb topping over the tasty chicken with thick gravy. I liked almost every soup that Isampled. The employees are very sweet and most helpful. It?s clean, well lit and has a new feel to it. I highly recommend it andplan to return soon. Very clean and nice people. Tomato soup is great. Hummus so yummy.
If I could rate this on customer service only, I would give them a 5. As for the food, the crab bisque was so so. I also had... the Italian sandwich. Again that was just okay; nothing I would buy again. I had a sample of the bisque and it was good, but theactual bowl had a lot of oil in it. I would visit again and try other options. The chicken pot pie looked good and the sample Ihad was good. Read more

So Disappointed. I am from Toledo, home of the 1st Zoup. I was excited to see one here. Walking in 3 employee were just... chilling. No tasting was offered. I did ask and received it. The tomato soup was good but grilled cheese was not melted enough.All 3 employees disappeared into the back so I couldn't ask it to be toasted longer. Read more
