Nothing more than WOW..Haven't been here in 35 years. I lived here up to 1996 and I live in panama city FL now . Had to stop by... and get the FAMOUS GRINDER !!! Hellz yeah just as I remembered it. Hot fresh and super tasty ????. Still has the ol skool feelwhen I came in the door . The smell of fresh bread and the crew was extremely polite. Can't go wrong here . I just want to commend the young man (shoulder length brown hair) who was working by himself tonight (9/26/21) at Zero?s at... First Colonial Road. He was so busy, having to ring people up and cook by himself, but he maintained a friendly and positivedemeanor and displayed a sense of urgency to keep customers? wait to a minimum. We ordered 2 subs last night before closing. Upon getting home, they had none of the toppings we ordered and paid extra for.... Since they were closed, I called today. The manager was extremely rude and told us because we didn?t bring them back last night( they were closed), there was nothing he would do for me. I explained we ate the subs since there?s no sense on wasting food,but we didn?t get what we ordered and paid extra for. He stated we shouldn?t have ate them and we should have brought them backtoday then. I?m so confused. So we shouldn?t have eaten dinner last night over a few missing sub toppings? That makes no sense!I would just like a refund for what we paid for and didn?t get. The fact the manager was so disgustingly rude and kept hangingup on me. AVOID THIS PLACE!
