Reviews for Zero's Subs in Virginia Beach, VA
Good food, service is always kind and fast, minimalistic designs on the inside but doesnt take away from the experience. Overall... great place for subs and more Read more

Tried to place a pick up order at 8:25 pm over the phone for two subs and a soon as they found out what I waned there gill was... supposedly already closed down I just have hard time belive that they would shut there grill off 35 minutes before closing .Just disappointed in this location zeros is usually a go to for subs just won't be using this location in the future Read more
It took to long for 3 6 inch Philly sandwiches 3 fries and a large pizza to be made i waited 45 minutes to get my family's meal.... The floors was sticky. Chairs and tables dirty. I will never go back. After all that the food was not that great. Read more
I went in during the 5 o'clock hour last weekend to get a half sub to snack on while working. There were three people behind the...
counter - 2 females and 1 male. The two young ladies who assisted with my indecisiveness (one was lining baking sheets w/ baconand the younger one was cashier) were both not only very pleasant but, had nice smiles (cost nothing), and were knowledgeable ofthe menu when helping me decide. Both of these young ladies have promising futures if they choose to work with others andcertainly are assets to this Zero's. Together, they make an awesome team! NOTE: Only leaving 3 ???? ???? ???? for two reasonsand will edit if warranted. Minus 1???? because the Turkey sub could have used 2-3 slices of tomatoes and onions (there werenone of both!) and a tad bit more of the oil/vinegar/herbs mixture typically used in combination with tomatoes and onions togive it the taste of a traditional 1960s, 70s, 80s, 90s, Millenial Zero's sub as they were assembled for customers for decadesbefore the original business was franchised out. A 2nd ???? was removed due to the guy who typically runs this Zero's, duringthe late afternoons/evenings, for not being personable and/or customer oriented which lends an uncomfortable atmosphere to thetransaction when ones tastebuds are craving two different types of subs and his stare is blaring "come on lady, make up yourmind!" If he's the owner ...well, best to leave it at that because he, like the rest of us whose bills are paid by the customerswe work with, knows what he needs to do. Hoping the next Zero's sub is not the last.
haven?t been to zeros in a couple years. I went today and the sub i order has literally NO flavor. At all. I ordered fries too... and not only are they soggy like they?re barely cooked, but no flavor once again. They also tasted as if they had freezer burnat one point and were just cooked regardless. I ate not even 1/4 of the whole sub and probably about 5 fries. I will not begoing back and honestly i wish i could get a refund. A waste of $13 as i?m going to literally toss it out. It was that bad wheni could?ve just gone next door to subway Read more
Service was ok but this salad was terrible. Looked terrible and was warm. Do they not have a cold bar for the veggies? And the... entire restaurant was hot as heck. Read more
The worst meatball sub ever. Meatballs are the reason we go to that location. The four young people needed supervision. Lacked... work ethic. Soggy bread and no cheese. Don't let your store go down. Read more
