Where to begin. I called and was told my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Walked in, said I was there to pick up an order... under my name. The young lady at the register went to look for my order and when it wasn?t on the shelf, she just walked backinto the back and proceeds to help, without coming back to the register to tell me the status of my order. I don?t think much ofit but after about 30 minutes of waiting inside the store, I get aggravated and walk out. So my wife goes in and waits a goodfive minutes before she?s even noticed at the register. Finally, they say our order was already ready, they just didn?t know Iwas there waiting. When we get home, half of my order is missing. My daughters 4 piece chicken strips were not in the bag. Mywife goes back only for them to say I didn?t order that, although, they told me my order was $27 and some change. Would give 0 stars if i could. I ordered my food online and waited 25min to pick it up just to get there to wait 20min more... after getting my order they gave me completely drummett and did not toss my wings in the sauce just splashed it on top. They hadno remorse when I brought it back and still had to wait 20min for them to remake my order. Read more

I came inside the restaurant to place the order for wings. Typically I go to Norfolk on 21st St. to place my order when I... receive superior service. Since I work on Lynnhaven Parkway I was over this side desiring and nice fried sauced chicken wing. Tomy surprise when I walked in the cook was on the cell phone While I stood there for three minutes waiting for my presence to beacknowledged. Finally when she approached the counter, I asked about the $.70 Monday Tuesday wing special. She said that onlyapplies to online orders. So then I asked, which special they had, and she was not aware of the menu. While preparing for mynext question, she took a cell phone call and stepped away from the counter. So I rehearsed our short conversation to confirm Ihad to go in my car or at least online to place an order and then come inside the store to pick it up. She agreed with me. Shedid not offer any additional assistance or anything that could be a sign of good customer service. For the first time, I walkedinto a Wingstop and didn?t purchase something that I really wanted. First time ever eating at this company had heard a lot of good things about the food prior. The food is delicious! The service... and way it's set up is weird definitely more designed for ordering online and picking up. Read more

I would give this place 0 stars but didn?t have the option. I?ve have ALWAYS been a huge fan of Wing Stop, my husband and I... would drive to either the Diamond Springs Rd location or the Volvo Parkway location. So imagine our surprise when we saw thatthere would be one located on Holland Rd. Everything was going well once they opened up. My favorite?lemon pepper all flats!!However in the last month we have not been. The first straw was my husband was just getting off work and when he came home ourchicken tasted just like fish and had burnt crumbs over it!!! HOW?? You guys doing even serve fried fish, that goes to show mehow OLD the grease was. And the FINAL straw was when I went in to pick up our last order there was two young ladies in the backcooking with AirPods on, she asked me my name TWICE!! Now I?m saying to myself ?If you take them AirPods off, you would hearme!? But I digress?.next, my fries were being handled with no gloves, she poured an astronomical amount of cheese on our friesand overly salted them as well!! That was our final straw, and ever since then, we refused to go back!!! It?s sad, because WingStop was indeed our favorite place to go. But we?re not gonna keep spending money in an establishment who obviously don?t give adamn. And BTW, it was the same young lady my husband pointed out that messed up our orders before. Sad for the girl who was working because she was working by herself. Also, weird that it was about 1 pm but no BBQ sauce for... wings. Great customer service tho. Great tasting chicken sandwich. Read more

I truly hate to leave this bad of a review but time and again this continue to screw up my orders. The General Manager, a female... who's name I can't tell you because she wasn't wearing a name tag, tried to tell me these wings were made fresh and to the bestquality that WING STOP offers. She saw nothing wrong with these. This was after they had a screwed up the original entree order.This was all steaming from the last screw up back on 12Jul22 where my kids chicken tenders were completely left out. They're"fix" was 15% off my next order, the one that led to today's catastrophe. I've contacted the store owner, hopefully change iscoming. Read more

They completely got my order wrong! So upset because I ordered online and spent $50 for the food to arrive and none of it was... correct. I ordered classic wings and got different flavors and what I got instead are thighs! The store never answered theirphone so I can try to get a refund and/or have my order reordered again but NO ONE has answered and I?ve tried calling for 40minutes? terrible. I?m out of $50 dollars and stuck with food I don?t even like! Read more
