7PM. The front counter was packed with DoorDashers and Food Delivery people. When asked to dine in, We were told the wait (JUST... TO TAKE OUR ORDER) would be 10 minutes. I now see why EVERY dine-in seat was empty. Management needs to open their wallet andactually pay competitive wages so employees can tend to customer needs. I went to Wingstop on Friday July 29th 2022 and I ordered $40 worth of food and found blue synthetic hair in my fries. The women... that had blue hair was cooking with bedroom slippers on, no hairnet, no one wears hairnet. I didn't want any of the food so Icall and made it known to two people the employee who answered the phone and the assist mgr that I did not want my food anylonger and I wanted a refund. I went back to the location on Saturday for a refund with all of the food. Iwas met withdisrespect, anger and yelling over the phone by the assistant mgr who was cooking in her bedroom slippers when a employee wastrying to provide me with a refund. I asked for the district manager information the asst manager told the staff to not give methat information. Another employee provided me with the wrong number. I know this because I called. This is the first time Iwent to Wingstop being new to the area. Never again. I'm calling corporate Monday morning and if nothing is done I'm callingchannel 10 news I wanted to provide a update. My food was replaced by a male manager. He was extremely nice and professional. However, he wasn't able to provide a refund without management. I finally was able to get the pH # to management and he will nottake my calls. I left several messages without a response from him. He asked me a week ago to allow him to return my call. The wings themselves were delicious and sauced perfectly but the fries were a tad spicy and the customer service was not up to... par. The girl that was working there (she had long blue hair with no hairnet) was very rude and unprofessional. After walking inat 11:05 am on 8/1/22 she looked extremely annoyed and unhappy that we walked in after the restaurant opened and proceeded to doother tasks without making our food. We eventually got our food at 11:50 am after a man came to tend to our order. When hewalked in to the building she loudly said, ?Why would they come right when we opened?? to her coworker right in front of us.It?s a little comical that she put more effort into every task that didn?t require her attention (like being rude to customers)then just actually making the food. This review was a takeout order from wingstop. My son wanted some wings so we looked at trying something different and chose... Wingstop on diamond springs road. We ordered 24 wings, 8 Louisiana Rub , 8 Original Hot wings and 8 Hickory Smoked BBQ wings.The meal also came with seasoned fries, celery and carrots with 3 Ranch dressing mini cups. They quoted me around 16 minutes tomake the meal and it was ready upon arrival. I paid online so I just walked in, told them my name and walked out very efficientfor that point. I got home and opened up the meal and as you can see in the picture the wings look dry as if they were overcooked and the fries are not crisp as you may expect. I was a little disappointed in the presentation of the wings in thecarton. I took some of each out of the container and placed them on the plate. So my son and I started to eat and we talkedabout what we liked and disliked. We both loved the fries, the flavor from the special seasoning was a hit! We both enjoyed thebbq wings but they were a little overcooked also. The original hot wings had great flavor but once again dry and overcooked. TheLouisiana wings were very spicy but lacked the flavor that should be associated with the spiciness. The biggest hit from thewhole meal was the ranch dressing! We both could eat it with any food and it will make everything better! Love it! To rateeverything from best to not so good because nothing fits a worse category. 04/13/2021. ZERO STARS The manager on duty refused to give his first name, the name of the manager, the name of an area manager... or corporate phone number of the restaurant. He declined to take an order over the phone and accept a cash payment uponarrival stating "It is company policy not to take an order over the phone unless the customer is paying with a card." He didnot provide the customer service and common courtesy expected by your customers. Wing Stop will never receive another dollarfrom any of our family or friends.
