Went through the drive through ordered 2 item and was told to pull up next to the door and the food would be right out. Waited... for 10 minutes and about 8 other cars behind me got their food from the window and were on their way. I went inside to go askabout my order and they didn?t even make it yet and I had to repeat it to them cus they didn?t even have a clue what it was(even though they charged my card) Food was okay, sloppily put together because they were in a rush and made it feel like I wasinconveniencing them by asking for my food. The order taker clearly didn?t want to be at work tonight. Horrible attitude. When we got our food it was all covered in... ketchup. It had to be intentional. There?s no way to get that much all over enemy thing in the bag. AaaaThen the drinks wereincorrect. Don?t waste your time here, go to McDonald?s Across the street. Also found hair all in our food. Very dissatisfied. Today I went into the store on South independence with 8 children 11 and under. I stood in line for approx.... 8 minutes when finally a young lady addressed me and said ,"oh were not taking any in store orders just mobile orders due toshort staffing". Why did they allow us to stand on line and then tell us this information? I said why don't you post a signstating this instead of having people come in the store wait and then tell them you're not taking orders? very frustrating. Disgusting dining room littered with trash and tables not wiped off for a while! Cashier was not friendly at all, and seemed to... be bother of doing her job. Food was so subpar that the bacon was dry and overcooked, which tells me that it's been recycled fora couple days, fries were basically the small broken bits that were on the bottom of the warmer. Ice machine had no ice and thecoke freestyle machine maybe had 25% of the products it should normally be stocked with. And forget about getting any lidsbecause they never restocked anything on the self service line, zippo! It's almost like they're banking on people to not comeinside to see the disgusting conditions there 8 associated working at the time couldn't do. Worst service ????. Waited 10 minutes to order small fries and medium chocolate frosty. When I finally get to window, they were... trying to give me another order. Once I told them what I had ordered, they gave me the fries and said that they would get thefrosty. I paid $5.44 in cash ( which is rare for me to use exact cash) 5 minutes later someone says that the chocolate machinewas jamming and suggested that I get strawberry. I said no for that and just wanted a refund. Another cashier gave me $ onwhat she thought the refund should be. I asked how much was the frosty, she then went back and gave me some more change. Then Iask for a receipt for the order and it was another 5 minutes. All of this was in the drive through line. Worst service ever!! Read more
By far one of the worst experiences at a food establishment in a long time. The girl taking our order had no personality and... really showed she didn?t want to be there. She was so slow and was very rude. They forgot to give me my drink with my combo mealand stuff of my fiancés. They were out of lids for cups and the ketchup container was empty too. The soda machine had no iceand more then half the soda choices were empty. I?m glad I?m from out of town and don?t have to worry about going back thereagain. STAY AWAY! Read more
The cashiers at the window just seem to really not care anymore. On multiple occasions they don?t greet, don?t give a receipt,... and just make you feel like you are bothering them (even though they are at work). I have spoken with the store manager when myorder was wrong and she corrected it and was friendly. However, the store manager can?t be the one at the window all the time,but the manager can influence who represents the business. Read more
