Went through the drive-through. Three people in the car, not one of us was able to get the listed menu items we wanted. They got... three out of the five items we ordered wrong, and service was slow. Other than that, the pub bacon burger on a pretzel roll wasgood. It's a shame it's a limited time menu item, but our experience tells us that all items on the menu are limitedavailability, all the time. Read more

Ordered two kids meals, a 4 for $5 meal, two double stacks, and drinks. Waited nearly 30 minutes for our food and they weren't... busy inside or out. Sandwiches were all wrong, fries were soggy and barely lukewarm, and the kids meals weren't in a kids bagand no "prizes" were included. Store was also incredibly dirty. Worst Wendy's experience ever. Food was good & fresh but restaurant was filthy dirty & smelled like trash. Definitely need to spend more time on cleaning in... the dining area & clean the trash containers better. It did not appear to be overflowing. Read more

The rating for this place is difficult to score because of it's proximity to the beachfront. The facility itself was pretty grim... - greasy everything even though there was evidence that an employee had swabbed the floors, wiped tables and condiment/serviceareas at some point. The end result was the way it was because it was done with grease/dirt laden cleaning solution. The endresult was a slippery floor, greasy tables, greasy slippery everything. The food prep area wasn't any better either, and it wasdefinitely disorganized which resulted in long wait times to place your order and even longer to receive it. Orders also hadmistakes, and even worse, one lady returned a vanilla milk shake that had a bag with some sort of white stuff in it. How thatmade it through the machine I don't know, but pretty scary. There were also people in line inside placing and receiving ordersbarefoot, topless - nothing but swimming trunks on. That probably violates the city health code, but this store was servinganyone who cared to get in line. Makes you think about the attempt at sanitation mentioned earlier in this review. To be fair,I have been here several times, but in the off-season and it always seemed like a typical Wendy's. But during the summer seasonthey are always slammed and busy. Unfortunately they don't seem to have gotten a handle on this with the end result as Iexperienced it. And this is definitely their own management problem as several other fast food joints around them like MCD's arenot in the same condition. Bottom line is I would recommend you choose someplace else during the summer crush unless youabsolutely need a Wendy's fix. The one positive I guess is you could stop by soaking wet from a swim with nothing but a swimsuiton and get served and sit down at a table inside. Read more
The service here is top notch! The food is always fresh. Usually pretty quick. Forget all other Wendy's, this is my favorite!
