General Wendy's. Food was on par with the general population of them. Time to receive a meal was acceptable. One of the soda... machines was down, not producing ice, and had very little drink flavors available. Read more
The Taco Salad was okay if you're really hungry. Not assembled correctly. The chips should go on the bottom not the top.
Personnel were rude, surly and had no customer service attitude. When my order was ready this deadpan kid with no smile thrust... the bag at me like he was challenging me to grab it. No thank you or come again. If I owned this franchise I'd fire everyone ofthese people who should have learned manners at home, but they didn't have a clue. Never again. Burger King here i come. Drive thru experience needs to be addressed by management and maybe corporation needs to follow up with this location in all... areas. Lady was very short and rude while taking drive thru order. Out of chili at 7:30 when open til 11:30. When I addressedshortness at 1st window and 2nd window, they didn't see an issue and said they were on a timer with each customer...well, ifyou're short/rude with customers due to a timer, you've failed already...also, no receipt which seems to be their regular perother ratings. The only good part was the staff was relatively friendly. We had wait awhile they got the cash drawer straight then after... ordering we waited again. There was NO ice in the drink machine, the fries and burger was cold!! The chicken sandwich wasextremely sad looking but it was warm. The Southwest Chicken salad was surprisingly good. Fast drive thru service with great customer service. I ordered the maple bacon croissant with chicken and no bacon. This was my... first time getting breakfast from Wendy's. I was disappointed with this breakfast sandwich. The chicken was small with edgesthat were too crunchy. The croissant bread was good - this would be a great option to have with a burger. I wouldn't getbreakfast from Wendy's again... the price is higher than other food chains, small selection and the food is not exceptional. Read more
Got two crispy chicken. Two Jr bacon. And a 10ct nug. Lemme tell you. Buns? Stale. Entire order? Not happening. Like bruv just... communicate with your customer that the order is still coming. Possibly the worst Wendy's experience I've had EVER Read more
