This may be the best Wendy's I've been visited. The service was fast, the employees were friendly, and the food was hot and... fresh. I mean the fries almost burned me and that's how I like it lol. I dont know what it is about Wendy's but all of the locations in the area seem to have issues with how long it takes to get... through the drive through. Even with very few cars you always seem to have to wait a while. We just ordered the strawberryfrosty and some fries and had to wait for a while even after getting to the window. Read more
Food was hot and delicious, staff friendly and professional, made for a great stop during our busy day.
The service was bafflingly slow, the ice machine was broken, they were out of almost every drink, and the drinks they did have... came out as carbonated water. The manager was quite good and had to made sure the customers were taken care of due to the awfulcashier. Read more
Worst wendys I've been to and I've been to the one by norfolk Airport. 1 car service at a time 2 cars in front of me and we have... been waiting for 20 plus minutes. Cant blame Short staff if ur inside isn't open either. Don't come here for food go to otherwendys on general booth blvd Read more
Not a lot of people usually write good reviews about fast food places like Wendy's but this location just deserves it. Food was... fresh and satisfying. Staff was quick. And Tony at the register was on the money. He was very welcoming, had a great interactionwith my 2 year old, and overall turned a good food trip into a great one. Tony is the type of worker that every franchise shouldhope to have. A shame my local Wendy's can't live up to this fine establishment. Read more
I like the strawberry lemonade. Haven?t eaten the food in a while. Hope the chili is still good in the loaded baked potato, and... the chicken avocado salad used to be the best. Never know when you?re going to need a really good meal on the fly by! I love thecleanliness of every Wendy?s I?ve ever visited in any city. Bring back the sea salt fries. Read more
