Ordered 2 chilli (one large and one small) amd large fries. Got two smalls instead both cold and old medium fries. Didnt go back... to report based on the reviews on how they treat customers and how rude they were when we did came to pick it up. We just goingto contact district manager instead and make a customer complaint just to hopfully get a refund on our order and avoiddrama. If you hate your job that you abuse customers for no reason. Idk if they hired new employees but they are ALL terrible. First of all, someone didn?t give my husband?s debit card back and... then tried using it at a gas station. We called the managers, both wanted to argue saying there is no debit card there insteadof listening that someone stole it! Second, they just don?t listen whenever you order. It?s been wrong almost every time. Theystart off the order with saying if you want to try a number 2, you say yes, then they proceed to still give you the wrong meal.I?m really over this Wendy?s and the employees. This location has a lot of problems. I won't be back for awhile until large and swift improvements have been made. I would... rather drive to another location farther from my house. The manager was rude and seemed not to know how the drive throughmicrophone worked because we waited for about 5 minutes at the speaker and could just hear clicking. My wife finally said hello? She was met with the manager saying "hold on" . Then we heard more clicking from the microphone and she said angrily " I saidjust wait" it was weird because we weren't in a hurry and had bot said anything else to her. We got to the window and saw herslam our drink down. My wife paid with a 20 and the order was 11.70. The asked if we had change because she didn't have any.Again it was rude and disrespectful. Very unsanitary. I placed an order on door dash for some baconator fries just to find out it was a long piece of HAIR BAKED INTO... THE CHEESE ON TOP OF MY FRIES. Luckily door dash was understanding and gave me almost a complete refund. Below are pictures ofthe hair in my fries from many different angles. Who doesn't love $1 biscuit. Well if you're taking away the quality, then resume the normal price. I purchased a sausage egg and... cheese biscuit. The biscuit was on the hard side but I ate it anyway. About 1/2 through my sandwich I was losing my appetite. Idecided to open my sandwich and on the egg, my next bite would've been a piece of hair ????. I didn't take the sandwich backbecause it was only a dollar. So after 10 minutes of trying I went through the drive-through and the manager gave me my... free chili as long as I purchased something and I feel much happier it all tasted great. This has to be the WORSE Wendy's in the area!! I walked in on Saturday around noon. Absolutely no one in the restaurant . They... only had the Kiosk working, no one running registers. The Kiosk kept freezing. When I explain this to the 3 workers juststanding around, they refused to take my order or ring me up. Lady with headset up got extremely rude and loud with me when Isimply asked why they couldn't ring up a small fry order. It was quite disheartening to see zero lack of customer service. Endedup just leaving. Will definitely never return to this Wendy's. The one by Lynnhaven Mall is ran by all Rockstars though! Read more
