Normally, I don?t have an issue with WaWa. But this last time that I went I was appalled by what I saw when I actually payed... attention to what went on behind the counter! To start service was extremely slow. The back counter was a mess. Food everywherejust being thrown back into buckets to be served to future customers. An employee carried around my sisters food in her hand for30 seconds, placed it in the counter, where another employee picked it up and threw it into her bowl. My meal was placed on thebare counter top and slid down to be cut. An extreme amount of salt and pepper was put on our meals every time we?ve been. Iwatched an employee pick up what looked like ham, placed it on a customers sandwich, get told by another employee it wasn?tsupposed to have ham on it. She took it off and put on the right meat onto the same bread. What if the customer had an allergy?I mean the amount of cross-contamination and unsanitary things I saw blew my mind! I don?t know what it is about this Wawa but they make my club sandwich right every time and it?s the BEST club sandwich I?ve had... from a wawa?.ever!! They deserve 5 stars! Doesn?t seem like a big deal but when you pay for your food, you want to enjoy it andyou want it to taste right and I never have a complaint when I order food from here!! Read more
Very rude and unfriendly staff. The service and the quality of sold items was awful. I ended up only getting gas and leaving.... Oh, and the bathroom was absolutely filthy. Don't waste your time and money here. We all deserve better than this. Read more
Just went to this WaWa and Im not happy with this WaWa and wont be going back. I ordered a chocolate chip cappuccino and it... didnt taste right. I also ordered a BLT and they didnt put the bacon on it. Again I wont be going back to this one again. Ivebeen to this one a few times and its never good. Read more
Just picked up the WORST chicken cheese steak hoagie.. The chicken was nothing more than a grilled chicken patty cut up in to... big pieces. The chicken is disgustingly dry and just poorly made. GINORMOUS LET DOWN! Read more

I come to this Wawa almost daily. I always get a iced mocha latte. Been pretty disappointed about the past 2 visit. They always... put a lot of ice and only 1/3 of it is actually my drink. I don?t like paying for a 16 oz coffee only to get 4 oz of a drink. Read more
This was the location I dreamed of and waited patiently for. I advertised for this location as if I had purchased stock in it?... tho you can?t. I posted multiple pics when it opened in September 2021. Now it?s late April 2022 and I often bypass thislocation because it does not feel welcoming. UPDATE: Six months ago I gave a fair and accurate review of this Wawa along withone star. I frequent several locations all over Hampton Roads but Virginia Beach and Chesapeake locations daily? that?s whenit?s plain to see that this location is cleaner, rarely runs out of coffee related items. The machine with Original Cappuccinoand Moca WakeUp always seem to be broken at 3 other locations but not this one. There young employees are hard workers andfriendly. Read more
