This wawa is going downhill. Very unclean, gross bathrooms with thick layers of dust and grime. Store is not being cleaned or... well maintained. Coffee area is icky. Store presentation is low level. You can feel it's not being cared for on a daily basis.This is a popular location, hope management steps in. Read more

I put in a pick up order at the Wawa on 4377 Holland Rd., Virginia Beach, VA. I am waiting to receive my order for staff member... that is behind the counter does not even say anything as I stand by the counter every week for my order is sitting right on thecounter but yet she called out to other orders that?s sitting right next to mine and I?ve been sitting there for almost damnnear 10 minutes finally a second staff member comes out and I ask her for a pick up order and I get it the customer service wasterrible. I should not have to wait over 10 minutes to receive my pick up order . Great food & cheap, organized gasoline. Prompt employees who keep the grounds well kept free of trash. The only thing I would... have to say that would keep from being perfect is the line where customers wait for their food needs to be more managed althoughthat?s kind of hard for the employees to do if they don?t have the ?areas? to send the customers to. Stopped by to use the restroom on a Friday road trip. Enjoyed jamming to Depeche Mode in the ladies room and through the store!... Tons of drink options - from sodas to beers to coffees to fountain drinks. So many options that the super clean bathrooms becamean even create draw! Great place to stock up for road trips! Read more
I have to give a shout out to a little lady at Wawa, her name was Neilley she went beyond her job duties to help me out. She... brought my drink out to the car cause I was on crutches and that just meant the world to me. I go to that one quite often andhighly recommend it.
