It was approximately 10:50am on a friday morning. We had walked into the Waffle House when we were kindly greeted by staff. We... then found ourselves with nicest host we had ever come across at the waffle house. He was a soft spoken gentleman and very hardworking. He took our orders with excellence and did his job very well. When the food was brought to us it was absolutelydelightful. I felt so at home with the kind service the staff offered us. They allowed us to switch tables and even went as faras to add orange juice to my order since I got quite thirsty during my meal! Management, please pay attention to your staff. They are very unprofessional and not trained in customer service. On first... impression, the establishment looked dirty...tables not cleared of previous dishes. I ordered sausage and grits but receivedbacon and hash browns. Took my daughter here for breakfast. We arrived at about 11am on Memorial Day, 2022. I want to mention the time because the... manager and the people she had on that shift were great and I'm hoping they will be recognized for their efforts. We werewelcomed as we came in. Staff was universally friendly and surprisingly attentive. Everyone seemed to have a phenomenalattitude. Our food was ready in a blazingly fast time. Texture of the the hash browns could be improved, but still weren't badat all. Their breakfast sausage patties are singularly tasty with a hint of smokiness. And you can't beat the price. I've beentrying to do breakfast dates with my kids more often. We'll be back, and I'm looking forward to my next visit. Read more

The waiter didn't really che k on us much, eggs were dry, baccon was burnt and raw at the same time, waiter forgot our waffles.... Staff was arguing with the customers to the point people felt uncomfortable being there. It was the worst experience we ever hadthere. Read more
