It was approximately 10:50am on a friday morning. We had walked into the Waffle House when we were kindly greeted by staff. We... then found ourselves with nicest host we had ever come across at the waffle house. He was a soft spoken gentleman and very hardworking. He took our orders with excellence and did his job very well. When the food was brought to us it was absolutelydelightful. I felt so at home with the kind service the staff offered us. They allowed us to switch tables and even went as faras to add orange juice to my order since I got quite thirsty during my meal! Management, please pay attention to your staff. They are very unprofessional and not trained in customer service. On first... impression, the establishment looked dirty...tables not cleared of previous dishes. I ordered sausage and grits but receivedbacon and hash browns.
