Cold fries. Over cooked wings. Seasoning on the fries was only on about three fries. Not satisfying at all

My wings were not seasoned or sauced.  they were friend naked and barely drizzled with my requested sauce.  I paid extra for... my maple bacon sauce on my cold sweet potato fries that wasn't there.  this was my 1st time ordering there ever so not sure ifthey just do their doordash orders that way...but i don't think i will order from their again.  i was just hungry andstuck at work so i ate my chicken.. fries were cold and naked so i tossed them.  will post pictures in my googleblogs.  they were cooked great so would be good if provided actual sauce or dry rubs as requested and paid so much for 8wing combo $19.97. Korean wings, Kansas honey hot, maple bacon sweet fries. Where????????? They forgot my ranch and my soda. And my food was cold. The bourbon blackberry sauce tasted really good,balso got buffalo garlic... which I didnt taate any garlic. Seasoned fries were not seasoned. Maybe dining in it would be better. Read more

They're okay, the flavors alone are the only reason why I ordered. I feel like with some flavors you actually get a decent sized... wing. I ordered the black cherry barbeque & garlic parm jumbo smoked wings. The black cherry was hands down my favorite, perfectblend of flavor and not too sweet. My husband and I ordered 2 orders of 12 wings. My order came with 9 wings, and my husband got 10. Both included a small nub... (which I graciously counted as a ?wing?). They were also cold. I can say that the sauces we ordered we good. That was the onlysaving grace. Overall very unhappy with the food. Read more
