Getting right into it, ordered chicken salad with extra scoop of guac and one of the kale bowls. The food was delicious and... tasted very fresh. However, the server accidentally entered my order as avocado toast with extra avocado. Lol. No problem causeit was a delicious overload of avocado. Server was super sweet though and brought me a cup of chicken salad even when I said itwas okay to keep my dish. Definitely appreciate the service and the food was on point. This is my favorite restaurant in Virginia Beach. The food is excellent, the coffee is also excellent, and I love their seasonal... drink flights. The wait staff are always friendly and seem to really enjoy working there. The restaurant itself is comfortableto be in - it's the kind of space I want to bring friends too, but also just enjoy having a meal solo. I highly recommend thisspot with friends or by yourself, you'll have a lovely time with some seriously tasty food. Read more

Our server was great! Would have added an extra star for her enthusiasm and friendliness. Ordered ham, potatoes and... eggs---forgot the actual name of the dish on the menu. Ham was super salty and the portion of the dish was very small, so had toget something additional to eat. My husband ordered the fried rice, which was okay. I didn't like the crunchiness. I orderedtheir iced coffee without liquor/rum and it tasted horrible, like a failed experiment. Did like the atmosphere, and food aromain the restaurant was good, smelled authentic and healthy. the vegan selection is wonderful here, I had the avocado toast and the gazpacho andaluz soup. The soup is served cold which is... something I have never tried before! It was filling and fresh, loved the coleslaw. I felt the price was great and the manworking the front was so kind! My waitress was lovely as well. Ramen night is a treasure! Well over three years ago we stumbled across The Stockpot?s ramen night while searching for places to... eat on a trip to Virginia Beach and decided to visit the eatery for Ramen Night. I?ve had delicious ramen in New York, Chicago,and Los Angeles so I?ll be honest when I say I wasn?t expecting to be blown away but boy where we ever! Amazing broths. Amazingcare for noodles and and invitation to slurp. Wow! Now, more than three years later (due to the pandemic and just planning) wefinally made it back to the beach this past week and made sure to make Ramen Night at The Stockpot one of our first meals. I wasnervous. After all these years of wanting to go back, had I built it up in my head? Was I setting myself up for disappointment?Nope!
