Not sure what is going on. They used to be great but now SO slow! Also bread is not as fresh What gives?

Never heard of this chain before. Was looking for a good Italian hero in the area for lunch, and Google pointed me to this... location. What a great concept! It really doesn?t get easier than this. Ordered via the App, was given a quick pick-up time andreceived everything as ordered. Drive up and go. Lunch was ready earlier than the assigned pick-up time. The sandwichingredients were very fresh and tasty. Portions were good and the price was reasonable. Why 4 Stars instead of 5 Stars?Although all the food was fresh, I was disappointed with the flavor of the pasta and potato salads. They were both extremelybland. My only suggestion would be to enhance the flavor of both of these lunch sides and 5 Stars would be rightly justified. Read more

I pulled up to the drive tru stand at the Haygood location there is no sign saying which way you have to pull in. The guy at the... window snatched the door open with a very sassy attitude saying that?s not the way the drive tru is ran can I turn around andorder though the driver window. No big deal so I did so and he never opened the window to take my order. he just continued doingwhat he was doing inside without a care in the world. I felt disrespected and very disappointed because my wife and I love thefood I just won?t come here again. Read more

Five stars for food and staff at the Haygood location. The online ordering system is not intuitive and very difficult to... navigate. Wasted over ten minutes figuring out how to get my orders in and quit out of frustration. Kiosk is less than 10minutes from my house and it took me less than a minute to order on site. In my opinion the online ordering system is way outof synch with the efficiency I have seen before. Read more

This is my favorite new place. I had the Caesar salad with chicken and it was delicious, I think the pasta side ads a lot of... flavor. I ordered online, and it was ready at 12:22 as they indicated. I can't wait to try the other items on the menu. Read more

Saw the 4.5 star average and thought we would check it out. Ordered online and then went to find it. It's in this little stand... alone kiosk in the Harris teeter parking lot. Pulled up when we thought it would be ready. Only had to wait a minute or two forone of the best Italian sandwiches I have ever had. Had it on a multigrain roll and added provolone. My friend had a GrilledVeggie sandwich, described as one of the most flavorful veggie sandwiches she has every had. The vegan mayo was super creamy. Wehighly recommend! Read more
