I hope for fresh food, sometimes the shell is old. the manager or crew leader was very pleasant.
I have been going to this Taco Bell for 7 years and have always received great customer service?.until today. I decided to stop... by for a late lunch / dinner while taking a quick break from work. My son had mentioned to me that the nacho fries were back fora while, so I figured I would grab some when I encountered the most rude drive through lady ever. I like my fries fresh aseveryone knows they are not quite as tasty when they have been sitting a while, so I asked her to please cook them fresh whenshe snapped back ?they just came up , you?re just gonna have to wait the 4 minutes for them ?. The scowl and total disrespectfor customer service is unacceptable and Mgt. should strongly consider putting some one else at the drive through who is a lotfriendlier to your guest who spend their hard earned money at your establishment. When she brought my food out, I said thankyou? and she didn?t say a word?. Just walked away. I?m thinking really? over a request for fresh fries. I just thought youshould know. Read more
I?m really disappointed by this location. My husband, two kids, and I ordered over $40 worth of food in the drive thru a few... days ago and they forgot to put our sauces and Cinnabon Delights in the bag. We didn?t realize until we got home, and theydidn?t give us a receipt. I know they charged us for the Cinnabons because it was on the drive-thru screen with the total wepaid. We just made another trip over there today, a few days later, and I asked if it was possible to get our Cinnabon Delightsfor free because of their error. We were very rudely and flatly declined, they actually laughed at me. That incident alonewouldn?t have been have been such an issue, but when we initially pulled up to order, there was a woman standing in the drivethru screaming at the order screen. We tried to park instead to go inside and order, but the woman proceeded to walk over toour car. The entire experience was horrible because the employees have zero regard for their customers. Kia is amazing! She's probably the best person I've dealt with at any fast food. She's quick, knowledgeable, friendly and always... makes sure we're taken care of. Cameron in the back always makes sure my food is correct even when we make modifications to ourfood. Highly recommend this taco bell. I'll drive to this one every time even if there one closer. Placed my order at the drive through. As I pulled up to the window, I realized I forgot to add a side of potatoes. I asked the... lady at the window how much the side was and her response was ?We can?t add anything at the window?. Then she proceeded to takemy card and close the window as I was still talking. When she came back to give me my card and food, she immediately shook herhead and said ?Sorry, I can?t help you?. I asked if I could place a new order to pay for the side of potatoes separately and shesaid ?Sorry we?re not allowed to add to orders at the window? and closed the window door. I was surprised that she didn?t evenbother to answer my question which was ?How much do the fiesta potatoes cost?? I work near by, but I will be visiting a newlunch place from now on. Read more
I drove to this Taco Bell because it had better reviews however I?m extremely disappointed at the amount I just spent to get... stiffed on my nacho fries that look sad and soggy. I had not ate any yet in the photos. There?s barely any there and the cheesewas 1/4th full. If people are gonna pay so for food they want it to at least be decent!
