This Taco Bell in VB was very fast and had great customer service. The food was fresh and made to order.
Honestly I don?t expect to much when dealing with fast food places. But these people couldn?t get anything correct. And god... forbid of you get a straw with your drinks. Here?s a update. Did a order on the app, get there and seen them give my order tothe guy infront of me. Didn?t think nothing of it until 5 mins later I asked about my order. Waited almost 20 minutes! Never heard my name called, asked if my order was ready, music in waiting room too loud!!! Watched... people come and go, Asked again if my order was ready. they kept saying someone else's name. Manager told him to remake myorder. No apology, no complimentary drink, nothing! Very busy for the time of night I was there (about 7pm) on a Wednesday. 3 regular soft tacos, beef chalupa supreme and 2 cheesy... gordita crunches and 3 large sweet teas. Food was hot and delicious. Service was exceptional! Read more
Online ordering was easy. The food was filling but it is just so blah. Taco Bell used to have more real and fresh ingredients.... Now it's very limited. Items I used to like aren't very good. I'd like to be more positive but just don't think it's what itused to be. It's clear the effort is in making cheaper items not better ones. At least it was cheap comparatively. Newupdate: Food wise, same experience. Not much to be excited about. Drive thru was really busy so I went inside. What a shock! Noregisters or cashiers. Just 4 big screen order displays. Chatter in the prep area was kind of discouraging. I never go to Taco Bell and the one time I did, the order was wrong. Went around midnight and ordered a #3 with chicken. I... didn't get that. I tried calling to let them know because it took 15+ minutes to get through the line and by the time I left,the line was even longer. I didn't want to go back through. Was in line behind three other cars and waited forever for each car to progress around the corner to the window. When I finally... got to the order screen I waited and waited. No one ever acknowledged that I was there. I finally drive around to the windowand there's two people inside. They ignored that fact that I was at the window. I beeped the horn and without opening theglass said she wasn't the employee that takes orders. Turns out,. She was a repair person fixing something. I couldn't believeI waited almost 30 minutes from start to finish. They could of put a sign on the order screen. Or responded thru the speakerthat they were closed for repairs.
