It wasn't as bad as some it was okay definitely not worth the prices anymore the prices keep going up and they keep giving you a... little less food each time it's gotten to be so it's not worth to go out to eat anymore must have got the money and if that'sthe case then you can afford it then you're welcome to it because they're just giving you a less for more money. Not only thatthe customer service there was slow the guy had to go cash out customers before he can finish my hot sub which was wrong butokay whatever they got to do I guess we're wrong they're right. I get home: there are black olives on my sub (not 1 of the 4 subs we ordered had olives on it). I drive all the way back to the... store, nobody in there except the 2 workers, no greeting of any kind. Told him what was wrong. Absolutely the ONLY words spokento me the whole time I was in the store were "You want it remade?" He remade the sub, put it in a bag, slid it across thecounter under the barrier, turned & walked away. No apology, no thank you, not a word. Older man (manager maybe?) stood &watched the whole time - not a word. I really did expect more from Subway. I hate to say it, but I get better customer servicethan that at McD's and that's pretty bad. Read more

Went in tonight to get a sub. Got there at 610ish. There was three people ahead of me. Two employees working. Walked out at 650.... Still had two people ahead of me. Only one sandwich made in the time I was there. Second person was working on a call on orderwhich is all well and good but you need to have the person who is fastest do in person orders. 30 mins to make one sandwich isnot good customer service. Not restaurant related, but general customer service. I have filled out missed token form twice, sent 3 emails, and messaged on... facebook twice. No replies and no help ever. How do I get help? If they won't even help me out for a loser few tokens, whyshould I spend my money there. Plenty of other sub places around. Read more

The sub was good but the girl put too much mayo and Chipotle sauce when I asked her for one dollop of each condiment and they... didn't have any hot crushed red peppers which they need to have to make the sub delicious and spicy. Read more

Ordered 3 subs to be delivered to me. All 3 subs were NOT made well at all. There was barely anything in the subs! Very small... amounts of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black olives, etc! Also, the meats were sliced very thin! It was like the employees weretrained to skimp on the ingredients! Extremely dissatisfieud with the way the subs were made! Definitely NOT worth the price Ipaid for them! Will never order from this Subway again! Read more
