Upon walking in to the Subway, I witnessed an employee being incredibly rude to a customer. She refused to honor a coupon that... was NOT expired because ?they aren?t taking coupons right now?. She was raising her voice, heavy sighing and rolling her eyes?itmade me so uncomfortable. I turned around and walked out. Also this location is dirty and run down. I typically go to theDiamond Springs location because that franchise owner clearly cares about cleanliness and hiring great employees! I stopped intothis Subway because it was closer, but I?ll never go back! I drove the extra 5 minutes and got an awesome sandwich with stellarservice from the Subway at Diamond Springs! Read more

I ordered three footlongs. Chicken teriyaki, steak, and meatball. Subs were delish and hot! Great staff with excellent costumer... service skills! I highly recommend this place!! Would give it ten stars if I could. I go in at least 3 to 4 times a week! Loveit! Read more
Well I guess times are tough for the subway at Independence and Haygood next to the McDonald's. We left Zero's because of the... product and now Subway has done the same thing. I ordered the Italian with lettuce, onion and hot peppers with a sprinkle oforegano Well the meat was way less than it used to be and they were out of oregano. How are you out of oregano when there is agrocery store within eye sight. Don't reduce the quality of your product because people will walk.... Read more
I ordered ahead for curbside pickup since I had washed my mask and left it at home. Unfortunately, they don't really have... curbside pickup. I was called after I had arrived that I would need to come in. Luckily I found a t-shirt in the back seatthat was willing to sacrifice a sleeve. Also be advised that they don't accept national advertised specials. No daily deals, 2for $10, or buy 2 get one free deals here. Just buy, pay, and leave! Read more
