Absolutely rude, location is filthy, they don't listen while you tell them what you want and will just end up putting toppins... that they feel like putting on like a random cheese or vegetable. I wish I could put no stars. My friend order and got the wrong bread. I order and they did not cook the chicken or the bacon and... gave me mayo instead of ranch. In the salad, they did not cut the bacon either. I would NOT suggest this subway. Read more
New management is AWFUL. Food was decent prior to them, but is now just revolting. The new owners are nice, but like another... comment do not smell like they bathe...at all. They don't speak great English either and if they don't understand what you areordering, they just tell you it's no longer available.......even if it's advertised on their window! The presentation ofingredients is not appetizing AT ALL, let alone they don't look remotely fresh. DON'T GO! Yuck! Also......just noticed that 2of the more recent good reviews were made by the new owners!! 4/11/21 Just walked by this location and see it is CLOSED anhour past their posted open sign. I eat here for lunch very frequently and the owners are very humble and respectful. They always greet me as I walk through the... door. My subs are always made with care and precision. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. This is my favorite subway to goto hands down! Great food and Great people. Would recommend to anyone. Read more

Ordered online ( store doesn't participate in national promotions, be aware) went to get a drink and a bug came out of the ice... machine. Asked for subs to be toasted, which they aren't. Also asked for extra toppings on a few subs which was not followedeither. Very sloppy service. Wouldn't recommend. Read more
Woman building our sandwiches had headphones in and made several mistakes while making them. Also had to keep asking us to... repeat ourselves. Probably because she had headphones in. She even covered one of my sandwiches in regular mustard when I askedfor spicy brown. No offer to remake the sandwich or somehow scrape it off... just said "we don't have spicy." I would also liketo include that one of the other workers had gloves and a hat on. Why you ask? Because their building has NO HEAT! Are youkidding? It's 23° outside!
