My visit yesterday at the Holland Plaza location was extremely unpleasant. After patronizing this location for several years I... was told that the owner refused to honor the Subway offer of a free sandwich from their new menu. He refused to even speak tome. I will never spend a dime of my money again at his location and will now go to the Subway up the road in the KrogerMarketplace shopping center with friendly employees that honored the Subway offer !!! Hands down best Subway I?ve ever been to. This is a very clean restaurant, the toasted my sandwich perfect, all the ingredients... was perfect very generous helpings, and they wrapped my sandwich in aluminum foil butchers paper and subway wrapper so it didn?tleak through. I loved how they put it in foil because the usually only use paper. So it leaks through so I end up eating soggypaper because it leaks through the wrapper yuck. I highly recommend this Subway, and I will be returning. Read more
The young man at the cashier seems to have no customer service. Very dry attitude and he seemed to not want to be there at all.... Having someone thats interactive with customers is ideal very important. No one is going to tip you if you dont interact withthe public. Read more
The first guy who helped get our bread meat and cheese was 5 stars. Super helpful and nice! The girl who did our toppings was... not friendly. Put most toppings on only one half of the sandwich when we asked to have it spread out she only moved one of ourtoppings to the ither side nit all of it. She did my husbands sandwich then made me wait while she did 2 online order subs themcompleted our purchase. Was over all just not a good experience. Read more
