Always fast and friendly - the two young men tonight who made my sandwich were so polite and from the moment I walked into the... door til the time I left was probably under 3 minutes! Very impressed with their efficient customer service. The two women whowork during the day majority of the time are wonderful as well and know my order. I came as soon as they opened because I had to be to work right next door. The guys that were there don't speak even though I... said good morning very loudly. He didn't even pick up his head. So while he's making my sub he's going back and forth in thewalk-in cooler and I had to ask him EACH time to replace his gloves. That's unsanitary working with food. Had the relatively new garlic bread meatball marinara sub. Very tasty but kind of sloppy. If I get it again, I'll ask for less... garlic butter on the bread or less sauce. Probably less sauce! You can never go wrong with their meatball sub!! Read more
Convenience should not out weigh quality. In the case of this store it's been more downs than up. I love my Independence store... and should have driven out of my way. Today's order a Subway Melt on white and a roast beef on wheat. The staff prepared bothsandwiches correctly. Neither were toasted. Checkout with my to go order was flawless. When arriving home my the Subway Melttasted ok to my son. My roast beef was awful. The bread was rock hard, I had to throw it out. Staff's fault as the bread hadobviously been sitting too long. This location has been one that I try to rotate in for convenience and I got burned to thetime of $8. Never again! Read more
Went there today to get two wraps. The menu clearly says,ANY sub can be made into a wrap and the price is$7.99. After the wraps... were made the worker rang me up and the wraps rang up for 8.99. I brought thiss to her attention and said if that was the case Ididn't want them. She called her manager and he said I could have them for $7.99 this one time. The menu CLEARLY says ALL wrapsare $7.99. This is false advertising. I like this place but if this happens next time I will refuse them,even if they'realready made. False advertising is against the law!! Read more
