When we had an issue with our sub, the manager here never reached out! They sent the complaint straight to their legal team, who... of course repeated legal mumbo jumbo in their defense. It was insulting to have a simple complaint handled this way. We werealready losing interest in Subway because they don't seem to use fresh made ingredients to begin with. This location usually hasa moody employee who always seem like they are so busy and they're so tired of making subs, even if there are just a coupleorders being picked up. I got a Italian Spicy Slidder, and it had to be the worse sandwich I?ve ever had, not only was it not eatable because the bun... was harder than a brick but the meat & piece of Cheese was about as big as a Fifty Cent Coin, it was disgusting! I bought 3 sandwiches around 5:30pm. 2 were fine. I had decided to try the chicken, bacon, ranch. Generally I get theoven... roasted chicken. I got them home and passed them out. I took 1 bite into mine and realized the chicken wasn't cooked. Icouldn't eat it. I told the girl at Subway. I'd had to give it to my dog. She said I hope your dog enjoyed it. Don't waste your money here unless you like paying for a bread sandwich! This location skimpy on all the meat and toppings! It... took the cashier more than 5 minutes to figure out how to use my rewards as well. Closest location is down General Booth Blvd.Much better location! Read more

Watch out when you pay this location with a $20 bill because you won?t get it back .my order was $6 and I should get $14 back... but Right away the cashier claims it was a $10 While I only had $20 in my wallet. The manger said she saw it on their cameraas a $10 and when I asked to show it to me , she said is not allowed. .
