Very Clean Establishment! Fast and Friendly Sandwich Artists! Best Experience at a Subway by far!
I went to order subs for a party l asked if l can have the tomatoes and onion on the side the owner who was fixed the subs at... the time told me no. l told the owner l have ordered subs at others location never was l told that l had to put everything onthe subs l told him l will go to another subway instead remind you the owner already put the meat and cheese on the subs, hetook the meat off the bun and put it back in the pan to reused for someone else, while fixing your sub they don't wear mask orglove when l walk in the cashier and the owner had it on it was pull down under his chin l asked the owner y'all don't have toput on your mask while you're fixing someone food he stated no l follow the guidelines l asked what's that pull your mask downwhen you fix food l will never come back to his store if someone paid me to he was nasty and rude. This Subway does not honor any Subways coupons or promotions. There hot food is cold this must be some kind of Health Dept.... violation, I would assume. Go to the Subway on 28 Street at the oceanfront, much better run operation hot food, honorspromotions, and much freindlier staff. You've been warned!!!!!!!! Read more
Won't accept the BOGO promo, and is also more expensive than other locations - $.50 higher on footlongs than locations. Total... for 2 sandwiches was going to be $26. Too many other locations nearby to bother with this one. Read more
My experience on 9/6/2021.. Arrived ordered a salad... asked for eggs as my protein.. Owner: We don't have egg... Me: Oh ok (... thinking they must be out) Spinach wilted...not fresh.. Owner finshed making the salad... put everything in the bag.. Got afountain drink... watery no flavor..(hmm.. syurp must be low today) Ask for fork and knife... Owner: it's in the bag... Checkthe bag when get to the car...fork but no knife... return to store ME: may I have a knife please OWNER: we don't haveknives... ME: ..so how am I gonna cut my salad OWNER: I don't know.. ME: that makes no sense... all the vegetables are whole.. Ineed a knife.... well can you cut it for me? OWNER: no ME: that's crazy... use one of the knives you use to cut the bread andcut my salad so I can eat it.. OWNER: No I can't do that.. you should know that's way it comes and we don't have knives! ME: okthen I don't want it..I want a refund OWNER: we don't give refunds.. So then I began to yell at him and tell him how rude heis.. and EVERY Subway in America has knives to cut things... I turn to use the rest room.. and of course..signs that say out oforder! This is the rudest ..most disgusting run Subway... how you going to run a restaurant with NO operating restrooms? Thefacility is small and there is only one restroom... The guy that started my sandwich was more interested in completing the sandwich for the customer after me. Hence even though she... ordered after me she was able to leave before me. If I ever return, just started working near by, and he is on the counter Iwon't be there. Read more
This place has improved since I stopped going here three years ago. I typically just order through the app and pick up my food.... They've always had my order ready on time and never had any problems with my order. Read more
