Rudest subway ever! 1st time the guy was making my sub with the worst attitude and then after he just walked off and went to the... womens bathroom and didn?t even close the door all the way because my daughter tried to use the restroom before we left and shewalked in on him. Today I went in and the bell even jingled as I walked in and the guy was in the back on his phone and neversaid anything to me after 5 mins so I just walked out Read more

Rudest subway we have been to. Wasn't asked what we wanted on subs & when told them what we wanted threw 3 olives on a footlong.... Dumped mayo when asked for little. Didnt actually give doublemeat but, was charged for it. Then discovered they had ants attheir inside tables. Worst subway we have gone to definitely wont return Read more

I just ordered a couple subs from this location and receive the most meticulous service I have ever received from a Subway... restaurant. Dylan, the guy who made my subs, treated them like he was creating a masterpiece, putting on the toppings makingsure every bite had the flavor anyone desires in a Subway sub. It was like watching a true sandwich artist. The subs were notbulky or lumpy like you typically receive from Subway. It took Dylan a little longer, but not much longer, to make my subs.Watching him work made the time go by much faster. The restaurant itself has to be the brightest and most vibrant Subway I'veever been in as well. The customer service area and dining room were spotless. If I'm ever in this area of town and cravingSubway, I'll definitely be visiting this location. Read more

Really tired of these poor customer service employees, I assume these are the owners being that they are old in their non work... clothes. I walk in stand wanting to be greeted but nothing. He walks off and talks with a older woman behind the counter. I alsoknow that tuna should not be dried out in a full container. As if they never close the glass top. Read more

Full disclosure: I am not a fan of Subway. In my experience, the sandwich makers do not have the best attitude. Part of this is... likely do to the ordering process. I believe that there are a lot of people who like Subway because they are control freaks but,I digress. I visited this location hoping for the best. Things quickly went downhill after asking for a tuna on white andbefore I could say anything else, there was tuna already on the bread. I mean, is toasting an option beforehand? Every condimentportion was very light. I even think he counted the 4 banana peppers he put up there lol. This location doesn't even deservemore time writing about it. Never again. Read more

1/21/18 4:15pm Went in there today with my boyfriend ordered my usual spicy italian all salami, green peppers, cucumbers,... onions and I asked for a lot of olives. There were 2 people working a red headed young guy who's been really awesome every timewe had ordered food there and never gave me a hard time when I asked for extra. If i don't ask for too many toppings I reallydon't see why there would be an issue. The woman who was working as well today said that if she gives me too many olives shewill get in trouble with her boss because he watches them on camera......so I said what if my boyfriend asks for them and youjust give me his but of course it didn't matter. So then my boyfriend asked for olives on the side on his veggie sub and thewomen got so annoyed that she just left and went into the prep area in the middle of making our food. He got a tiny 2 oz cup ofolives that wasn't even full....she said something about the prices of the subs mine was 5$ and his was 8$. So little advice forthe owner if you make your employees feel like they cant give your customers what they want in fear of losing their job then youshould really rethink how you make your employees feel since it will reflect in their customer service, so much for having it"my way." I kinda felt bad for the lady because I know I wouldn't want to work for someone who will have a problem if I madesomeones food the way they wanted it. It's just crazy that she got so upset when he asked for olives on the side of his veggiesub. Also you are located in a pretty nice area and I'm pretty sure you can afford to let your employees give someone what theywant without charging them more for a handful of olives especially when they aren't getting that much on their sub. And if youmake your customers happy they will keep coming back over and over again like we did. Probably won't be going to that locationfor a while but it seems like you'd rather save your olives.
