Very rarely gets my order right. It?s not that complicated. I order an oatmeal and instead of agave nectar I ask for honey. They... get it wrong almost every time. I even hear them talking about it. So I?m not sure where the disconnect is. Maybe the team isn?tconnected properly. Also, when someone orders a water at Starbucks never ever ever is it supposed to come from city tap water. Ialways see them pouring it from the filtered water. So sad to see this from Starbucks. Read more
Very slow service from black lady at register on initial order. Literally ignored me standing at the register (almost 5 minutes... and looked at me in my eye) the second time after my daughter dropped her frapp and had another barista serve me. Read more
