Let me start with if you pay electronically as I did. I paid with my bank card but I used tap to pay versus inserting the chip... into the machine. Paying in such a way does not allow one to tip. I believe that's a very sad State of affairs for a mostlyForward thinking business at Starbucks. I am not a Starbucks regular. They have a good quality product. They have a good tastingproduct. And I feel that the quality and taste of the product warrant the price they charge I myself am just too cheap to get itall the time. That's why I am not a regular Starbucks partaker. That being said they were quick to help me with the app and veryfriendly and unbothered by my like a proficiency. So I place my order they scanned my abs so I can get my stars upon which timeI realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. They even tried to walk me through setting up my Google wallet because it hadsurpass the old app Google pay. All in all it's a great staff and I highly recommend that particular staff and that locationjust not the parking and the accessibility automobile-wise. Read more
I strongly recommend this Starbucks. The staff is always fabulous & the coffee is phenomenal. This coffee makes my day brighter... and helps me get through it without a glitch. You may say Starbucks prices are a little high,I say they're worth every penny ofit. Read more
Service left a lot to be desired. Slow is ok but not being friendly isn?t acceptable. I am a Starbucks fan however this is one... I will not return to. Quality was fine which is one of the reason I am a Starbucks Fan. Rude servers are just not acceptablein my book. Read more
Wow. Like could not possibly be worse. First horrible parking lot. So tight and congested. I waited over 20 min for an iced... latte. Literally nothing special. Should've taken 2 min. Instead I stood there for 20 min watching them spill tea knock overblenders and fulfill every other order but mine. Wait on the person that's in the lobby waiting. I hate Starbucks. Anne-Marie is the absolute best! She goes above and beyond every time I see her. Decided to try the Chocolate Cold Foam on my... Coldbrew. She made a nice thick foam which lasted till my refill and what actually quite good. Though I do prefer simple coffeeto begin with, this was a 10/10 for me. Read more
I want to give a shout out to the young lady that was working today at the Starbucks on Virginia Beach Boulevard and... Independence she was working by herself no other workers were there today this was today's date on July 12th around 2 p.m. shehandled it very calmly and patiently was very polite I gave her Kudos told her she's doing a great job. Im sorry I didnt catchher name. Management you need to be proud off her. Definitely need to give her a raise, That Girl Is Awesome!! Great service here! Whenever I come in busy or otherwise everyone is very attentive and friendly. This Starbucks is the most... consistent when it comes to marking drinks as well. The only pain point is having to make a u-turn to get there if coming fromsouth independence. Read more
