I?ve been coming to this location on weekends to do my homework, I?ve been coming here for about 6 months now but today they... delivered the upmost rudest customer service and I do not appreciate it and I will continue to go to red mill from now on. I hadcar issues today and had to use Uber eats long story short my order was wrong once it got to me, I called Starbucks to let themknow and they put it off on Uber eats the issue is I USED TO WORK FOR STARBUCKS AND I KNOW HOW IT WORks! Uber eats doesn?t pullthe sticker out and place it on the food or coffee, Starbucks does and Starbucks is supposed to read and they didn?t. Dannyanswered the phone with no sincere care in the world that they messed up my order and pressed the blame elsewhere and I?mallergic to cheese. Sticker clearly says no cheese but Danny said it?s Uber fault. Never again, not even a apology from themmessing up my order! But don?t even worry and I?m also contacting corporate, caught me on the wrong day. Read more
If you?re not in the drive tru you?re not a priority. Even if you did the Mobile order 15 minutes before any of the drive thru... orders did. It never changes here, super frustrating. Read more
If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. After they remodeled the building a few months ago and had an entire new staff, it... 1000% sucks. They are ALWAYS out of almost every single thing you ask for EVERY day. I?m flexible, I can get numerous items?butit?s always something. The new staff has no idea what they?re doing AT ALL and when I, by a miracle, am able to get somethingmade?.it?s never ?right?. Save your money and drive 5 minutes down the road to the Fairfield shopping center store. They?reamazing, never out of anything, and the staff is soooo nice. Starbucks as a company should be ashamed of itself. Pay these people more so they can also hire more reliable co workers to show... up on sundays. Everyone at this location today deserves a raise for handling the 17 car line in the drive thru the way that theydid. Read more
I have been coming to this location daily for years, and it has been a pleasurable experience. However the past few weeks the... staff is unrecognizable and the drink quality and service has gone down. I?ve had to get remakes several times (which they arenot kind about, attitude is all over their facial expressions), and they are just not the same happily greeting employees thatI?m used to. Waited on the street to be serviced and totally went through the order point ( not purposely). Got to the window and was greeted... by two guys named Steve. I explained that I went through the order station fearful that I would be asked to go around but Stevenot only took my order but was kind and funny as we waited for my order to come up. The staff was friendly and helped me as I walked in the door. The parking lot was a little dark and kind of small based on the... size of the store. Overall a great experience and I would be glad to stop back by. Read more
