Basically a drive through and a pick-up window. Very few places to sit. Friendly staff.
WOW!!! I went to go sit in to wait for a friend to get a hair cut next door BUT this has been converted to a walk-up &... drive-thru only ???? They do have seats outside, with fans & heaters, but it had rained so EVERY seat/table was WET ???? Eventhe small counter top was soaked because the patio covering has a GAP where you stand to place your order!!!???? I hope they FIXthat! My Iced Skinny Vanilla Latte was good!! ???? Went to the new walk up window and waited over 30 minutes for our drinks when we went back to see what was taking so long the... drinks were just sitting there inside on the counter and had already melted. Very disappointed. Never had a problem with thislocation before the remodel. Read more
This used to be a locals hangout. Post "update" they have a single window for walk-ups and those who order online and a mile... long driveway for those of you who need to pump CO2 into the environment while you wait on your moca-lotta-sugar junk. Did youplace an order online/via the app and plan to stop in and grab your order? Good luck! We walked up for a couple of cold brews(You can't walk inside anymore) and 2 folks walked up to get their orders placed on the app etc. and they had to wait on theother folks in line, placing their order in real time. If you are ok waiting in line in your auto, this is the place for you.Want to grab a cup of coffee and chat with a friend, keep moving, no love for you here (a small covered patio surrounded bylowest cost landscaping and walls splattered in concrete, NICE!... /sarcasm). They didn't offer or give me a receipt They gave me the wrong change(luckily it was only 3 dollars) They took a while to just... get me a water. There was something in the brownie they gave me that I could not identify ( was not edible, lookedquestionable, and was not hair) In the end I was in a rush so I should have been more careful so it was my fault but this hasnever happened to me at any other Starbucks. Similar to other Starbucks. Same good coffee. Baristas are well trained in making the coffee. Same big smiles and friendly... welcomes from the staff. It makes a nice experience for us when the employees are treated well, because they treat us well. Read more
Starbucks locations are a dine a dozen these days, and there are about 10 within a 10 minute drive if my home. Don?t let that... fact dilute that the employees here are always fast and friendly. Come here to get your Carmel mocha whatever and a snowmancookie knowing you?ll be greeted by a friendly next door neighbor. If you need a snack instead of coffee, Starbucks haschanged the game. If my pantry looked like their snack counter I would weigh 300 lbs from binge eating all day. Delicious! Read more
There are plenty of other coffee shops in the area. Go Somewhere else. I tried to order four different items but they were all... out of stock. No message on the ordering board telling you that they had low inventory. Manager needs to do a much better jobthan this. Read more
