A worker named Amy made me a custom refresher drink, it was the best drink I have ever had in my whole life! She was also really... patient and kind with me and my mom. She made me the drink ? Strawberry Creme with Hazelnut Syrup ? and it really satisfied mewithin seconds. The service was also really fast. I would definitely recommend this place for sure! Waited on my coffee for 25 mins and when I finally asked where it was the worker said she would remake it. Then she asked her... coworker at the register if she had the drink over in the mobile order area. They put the drink in the mobile area and proceededto not say anything while I was waiting. Got my free Starbucks drink for my Birthday yesterday and it was just gross. What I wanted was sold out (I do wonder what... component seeing as it's 4 ingredients and 1 could be interchanged but I digress) anyway I got the Brown sugar oatmilk espressoor whatever and it definitely wasn't made right at all...it's really a hit or miss when it comes to these drinks and who makesthem and if they have a passion and pride for making banging drinks. Had it perfect maybe once, this one was a complete joke,free or not. I know there wasn't heavy cream in the drink but it tasted like just oatmilk and heavy cream. No brown sugar orcinnamon taste. Wish there was a bigger seating area because all of the spots were taken up when my husband and I arrived. Besides that, my... green tea frappuccino was made perfectly considering I request a small amount of the plastic syrup because it is simply toosweet. Also, I rarely visit the Starbucks because I normally prefer the ones with a drive-through. Overall my experience isgreat. Read more
I am utterly disappointed in the service I have received at this location here recently. I have been going to this location for... as long as I can remember- I?m definitely a regular. Sadly, since the addition of one of the staff members whose name I believeto be Bethany, the customer service has been extremely poor. My coffee is always perfectly made except on the days she isworking. I cannot believe this to be a coincidence. When I ask for my beverage to be fixed on those days, it seems as though theother staff members are intimidated by Bethany and refuse to correct it. Even the store manager allowed this worker to yell andcurse about customers in front of the store while other customers were entering. The days when ?the customer is always right?are long gone, because this store allows the employees to quarrel with customers and flaunt distasteful behavior. Read more
