I understand accidents happen but if i only go to this sonic when it?s the only option and something is messed up every time atp... it?s no accident. Each and every time i come here i?m missing something, something is switched, or just a general mess up. $31for 1 adult meal, kids meal and some corn dogs and waiting for them to bring your food out for 15 minutes then you can?t evenget my sides right. I open my cup halfway through the chip to get some of the ice only to find black particles at the bottom of my cup when the ice... moved. Suggestion: buy your own ice make and drink because if you are using a straw, you are drinking the none clean part of theice maker (bacteria). Gross Read more
I'd ordered at foot long hot dog and they'd given me 2 hot dogs on a foot long bun. That was a huge disappointment. You can... taste a difference of flavors between a foot long and 2 regular sized hot dogs, or at least, I could. The food wasn't reallythat good. I've not gone back. Read more
This Sonic location is worst restaurant I?ve been to in my life. Waiting 30+ mins (even though we ordered ahead on the app), no... drinks brought to us (then had to ask what we had again to remember), and our cheese not brought out with our pretzel twists(then told by employee that we didn?t order them even though it comes with it by default). Get home to eat, and it is the WORSTquality ever. Pickle fries are burnt to a crisp. Burgers were dry and the wings were the tiny pieces from the bottom of thebag. The best part were the pretzel twists. Of course, because they aren?t made there. I?d leave 0 stars if I could. I shouldbe paid to eat this food. Read more
The best milkshakes, love having tater tots instead of french fries all the time. Food is reasonable priced. Hope the drive-in... thing lasts. Nice throwback to the '50s type drive-ins and car hops. Read more
Fast service for online order. Not a friendly person at the window,. however. Bacon burger was good.
The order was as simple as can be. Meat, cheese, mayo. Leave off Tomato and Lettuce. Allergies to Tomato, yet paying $20 to have... dinner for a $5 meal, that the staff completely didn't read and could have caused an issue. The manager on May 28, 2020 @ 11pmwas COMPLETELY , and I mean, COMPLETELY Unprofessional. I explained the situation. I walked 2 miles to the store because thiswas not right. The manager wouldn't tell me her managers name, wanted to give me a replacement, yet didn't want to beprofessional about everything. Walked back inside and started talking extremely inappropriate comments to her coworker. Sheoffered to give me the replacement, but there is absolutely NO way that I would even accept the food after my encounter at thatstore. Read more
It took 30 minutes to get our food out to us. The tater totes and onion rings were cold and left a sandwich off the order. Had... to go back and get it.
