Sonic is usually on point, infact in the past year it has become my favorite burger joint. This sonic today was not terrible,... but it definitely was NOT good. The burger I ordered was burnt, dry, had old lettuce on it, and barely any mayo which reallymade it dryer. It didn't taste right, and it was a $12 meal. The fries didn't have any salt on them, and I got no straw for mydrink. Read more

Ordered 3 ice cream cones and whatever their version of a blizzard is. Waited for 15 mins while everyone else behind us got... their food. Finally went up to the window and had to tell them we were waiting. They go in to make it but are touching money,scratching their head and then touching our cones.....asked for our money back. Unbelievable! It took 30 minutes to get my order without a cup of water. This supposed to be fast food, smh Then when I asked... where's my water? Oh we charge $1.24 for that! I told them that they are doing too much today! I don't mind paying for it butthe fact that they got my order wrong the first time and brought me the wrong food. Then, I reordered at the window waited againasking for additional cup of water. He said ok. Then waited again, for them not to get it right and try to charge me again for acup of water. I wish I could give this location ZERO STARS! My experience tonight was the WORST customer service I have ever had in my life.... Pulled up to one of the stalls to order- after ordering, the entire night took 1 hr 20 minutes to get ALL OF OUR FOOD. Therewere countless cars that made It through the drive thru and other stalls throughout this entire ordeal. Half of my order cameout and the server kept coming back and apologizing- but our food never came!!! My friend got out of the car and went to thewindow to talk to the manager. Throughout the hour and 20 minute ordeal, we told 4 PEOPLE WHAT OUR ORDER was and still no onewould bring it out to us- they kept saying I will take care of it to you. The manager in training literally went in to a backroom when another employee told her we needed to see the manager and refused to come out. She did not want to speak to us orcorrect our order. Finally fed up, I left my stall and pulled into the drive thru. After all other employees continuing to avoidus or deal with us, the assistant manager finally stepped in to take care of things. She was able to finally get us our food. DONOT EVER CONSIDER PURCHASING FROM THIS LOCATION- WORST EVER!!!!!!!! Read more
