Ordered through the app and waited 13 minutes after checking in. Order finally updated that it was heading out and 3 minutes... later still no food. It was not packed and I only ordered a kids meal. Called in to check on my food and was told it was coming.Waited another 3 minutes only to be given ice cold food. I will never eat here again and I don?t recommend it as this isn?t thefirst time I?ve had issues at this one. They have a lot of teens working and I?ve seen on a few of my visits of them playingaround not really caring about preparing the food. Read more

I placed an online order for almost $75, we checked in and it took a hour before we got food. We had to continue to wait because... they only brought out part of our order. Then they messed up the order to top it off, by the time they were done they made 5trips and spent a total of 1 1/2 hours of waiting on food. When we initially got the food it was already cold because I let oneof my three kids i had with me start to eat. By the time i got back to the hotel obviously the food was cold but the shakes weremelted and same with the slushies, and the pop was watered down. My son had fallen asleep from waiting so long and never atedinner. This was a first time sonic experience for the rest of my family and now they never want to eat sonic again. Iunderstand they were slammed but that was a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an order that was placed ahead of time. Onlypositive was one of the two ladies that brought items out was extremely pleasant and professional. I wish i would have got hername because she needs a bonus for how she handles that type of situation. Read more

Absolutely appalling experience. I don't even know where to begin. I have been to this location a couple times & have never... waited less than 20 minutes for my food, mind you I never order more than one or maybe two items. Each time I get cold, soggyfood. This time it said on the screen that someone was coming out with my food, 20 minutes later still nothing. In this time Isaw a woman get out of her car gripping a sonic bag & walking towards the door, someone came out to her & she gave them the bag(clearly she got the wrong order). They brought her order. When I finally called them, I went back and forth with someonedescribing what I ordered literally 5 or 6 times. Finally someone brings my order out & it is THE SAME BAG I saw the woman giveback to them. They gave her my order mistakenly, walked back inside with it, set it on the counter, then brought that same bagout to me. I watched them set it on the counter & I know it was the same bag because the top was wrinkled up in the same waythat lady had been holding it. It had CLEARLY been handled vigorously before it got to me. And it was cold & soggy. Absolutelydisgusting & unsanitary. Never going back. Read more

Service was good, shake was good, but my burger was the most nastiest thing I have ever put in my mouth. The bun was soaking wet... full of grease. One bite and I had to spit it out. Not one part of this bun was dry. The only reason I gave a star was becausethe staff was nice and my shake and tots were good. Read more

I ordered ahead on the app. This is the second time (different locations so not just here at this one) I placed my order,... checked in, got a notification it was on the way out. After several minutes I hit the order button and asked what happened. Itfinally came out. Fries were barely warm. Grilled cheese double burger was just okay. The diet cherry limeade was verygood. Overall it's a coin flip. If you like Sonic you like it. I can't recommend it as a great place. I hope that my experienceis a rare occurrence but since it happened twice at different locations I have to assume that, like lots of fast food places,they are deleting orders before they are complete to make their times look better but then forgetting about the order andcustomer. Nice that you can get Sonic salsa packets here to go with hash browns instead of just ketchup. Makes it nicer than other fast... food fare for those of us who don't prefer ketchup. They may need to work on the drive-thru microphone or order-taker's headsetthough as she had trouble hearing me at times. Read more

Order taker had difficulty getting our orders right, kept repeating what we actually wanted but never understood. Ordered a meal... and an extra sandwich but ends up doing 2 meals instead until we just gave up and settled for one of the meals. Waitedsignificantly long to receive our order (30 minutes). It also said on the screen it was on it's way but we had to wait longer.Tried to follow up, and they said order was already being taken out. Ends up getting our orders wrong. Try to avoid thislocation and the Holland Rd. and just eat elsewhere. If you had to crave Sonic foodThe Red Mill Sonics has better service. Read more

Great, quick service. Ordered on app & food was brought out as soon as I arrived. Trying a Patty Melt, (which actually looks... good for a fast food restaurant,) & a pretzel twist. The Peach & Vanilla slush is always good. Read more
