Food was awful. Took 20 minutes to get to me and the foot long Coney was cold, tater tots were warm. Slush was watery.

If I could give this location zero stars if I would. Theis is the absolute WORST Sonic. Not only did I wait 30 mins for an... online order and watch a number of cars go through the drive thru, but I also watch 3 employees sit on/around a table chattingit up for 15 mins. Once they finally brought me my order I guess they just assumed I would hold 4 drinks (I don't have enoughcup holders) while driving. Reminder: this was an online order not one made at the car port. I was about a third of the way homewhen I realized they forgot, what I thought was only 2 things but ended up being FOUR items. How do you "forget" that manyitems? Shouldn't someone check and make sure the WHOLE order is ready before you bring out to a vehicle. I agree with a previousreviewer, upper management needs to step in and straighten up this location. Staff is very nice, but got my order wrong and I had to wait 18 minutes for a burger and tots. While waiting I saw two other... customers complain about the wait. The parking lot was 20% full. Read more
Haven't been to sonic in years, decided to give it a try recently. The master brownie milkshake is on point. So good, I went... back the next day and got another one. Advice: Beware of over indulging (like I did). Make sure to wear your stretchy pantsbefore and after drinking one of these shakes. Read more

I stopped by the 1916 Centerville Tnpk... location, ordered through my app, sent my stall number and waited....and waited....18mins later still nothing...so I went to theDrive thru, got my order. Came back to my office and the bread was so OLD is was hard and falling apart, meat tasted old & cold,lettuce was scarce and when I opened it it was a nasty unappetizing mess! Update 2 _ so I was in a hurry. So I stopped by. I'm not in town often and don't know how things change. This place has change.... Food actually looks good. The staff is super polite and awesome. Ty the gal running the drive through amazing. Thank you andplease don't let it slip back to what it was. update 1_ tried again after a few years. Yeah this place is still terrible.
