I know this sounds dramatic but this was seriously the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. Zero stars. I came in to... grab dinner to go earlier this evening. I order a hibachi meal and a really simple sushi roll. I tell the hostess I only wantshrimp tempura, cream cheese, and salmon only. I reiterate this as I place the order saying I know it?s very plain, and she saysokay that?s fine. She tells me it will be an hour wait, so I leave & come back to pick up my order. The hostess calls to verifyI?m willing to pay extra for the salmon making it $15 a roll. I say that?s fine, no problem. I ordered 3 total making it $45 forthe sushi plus my other meal making it about $100 total. I come back to pick up, bring my sushi back across the street to whereI?m eating & realize they?ve put avocado & cucumber on my sushi. So I walk back and the hostess tells me that there is nothingthey can do because ?their? tempura comes with these things automatically. I emphasize I specifically said I only wanted these 3things, and even watch the other hostess write it down. She again says they will not remake it & they will not refund me. So dueto THEIR mistake that they could not admit to, I wasted $45 and was told too bad. I come back a few minutes later with myhusband to see if he can get them to budge, and the manager says the best they can do is give us $20. Not even half of the totalof the messed up order. I have never seen a restaurant dig their heels in like this and doesn?t at least attempt to resolve anissue, until 2 different people lay out the fact that this is the restaurant?s mistake. Scammy, rude, & a bummer that this ishow they treat their customers. Don?t support places that treat people like this & don?t have any regard for people?s hardearned money. Read more

We dined here for my mother n law?s birthday and it was excellent the food was delicious. The chef was really professional and... thorough along with the entire staff. Even had the pleasure of meeting the owner ,he is very nice asked about our meal was plushe makes you feel like your truly appreciated. Everyone here is genuine overall a great experience I would definitely say it?sthe best hibachi in the seven cities. Would recommend over and over?. Read more

Sooooo......didn't expect the prices to be so low. Ordered Emperor's Delight, it's filet mignon, chicken and shrimp.....only... costs $31.95. There was plenty leftover, seemed as if we didn't eat while we were there. Our total bill was $135, it was twoEmperor's Delight, 2 softdrinks, two cocktails and a medium Sake. So much FUN, DELICIOUS FOOD & DRINKS!! Everything was fresh, great entertainment by the chefs and our Waitress was great.
