Absolutely love this location. My husband and I went to get some pizza and decided to dine in. (Hiding from our kids ????) We... told the cashier that we were eating out and didn't want our kids to know that we ate out without them. She made sure at the endwe got a to go box for our leftovers, so that our kids wouldn't know we left them out. To be honest everyone that works at thislocation are very kind. The service and food is always amazing! We had the 14 inch pizza with garlic knots. The garlic knotstaste as though the dough was made that morning! The pizza always taste GREAT! Scheduled delivery for 5 and it did not arrive until 5:20. When the delivery driver arrived he had forgotten one of our three... items. When I called the store to ensure that we would not be charged for the missing item I was told that a refund for thatitem was not possible. Rather they would offer me a store credit or bring back the missing item. I requested that they come backwith the missing item but they never did. I ordered online, and then 90 minutes later I got a call saying the order could not be processed, then they took their phone off... the hook. Friday night service is ridiculous. I gave 2 stars because I have had better luck before and the pizza was fine. notterrific,not horrible Read more

Decided to give this place a shot as we're out of town. We didn't get ranch or bleu cheese that we asked for with our wings and... we were completely missing the small cheese calzone that we ordered. How hard is it to fulfill a order. Pretty ridiculous Read more

Garlic knots were good. However, when I ordered from them on Saturday 9/24 I got 6 but when I ordered tonight 9/28 I only got 4... and they charged me the same price. I love their food but this type of inconsistency is unacceptable. When I called I couldn?tget a straight answer as to why the quantity had changed within the last 4 days. Hopefully they see this review and get back tome because, again, I love their food I?m just turned off by the inconsistency. Read more

This place is great but be aware that at least as of 9/20/22, there is no dine-in. We'd river from Hickory last night and were... told "probably springtime 2023" it'll be back. Excellent food and great people but prepare to take-out! Good luck with therenovation! Read more

It hurts me to have to share this since I have been going to sals & it WAS great! But the last few months things have really... really gone down hill. Excessive wait time & the food once loved has now drastically dropped in quality so after waiting foreverfor food it?s not even good at that, customer service is awful & they truly do not care how long you are waiting for your food.Which is even more frustrating when you can see employees outside smoking instead. Foods usually good, customer service not so much. Sometimes it's fine, most times they couldn't care less you're there, and... there's no urgency to get food to people so always a long wait. 2 stars just because the food is good, once you get it. Read more
