THE WORST SERVICE!!! The kitchen crew have the worst attitudes and complain about every customer that walks in. We all hear them... complain every time we are there. On the last 3 trips, the fries are almost mashed potatoes and they didnt include one of thekids sandwiches. Terrible service and disgusting attitudes! If I could give negative stars, I would. Fairly overpriced food, but still a clean facility

I visited this Royal Farms with my boyfriend on 8/8, for a few snacks and we had a very good experience, the employees were very... nice and greeted when we walked in as well as when we left. There was a nice variety of products in the store and we were ableto find everything that we needed. I really loved the Royal Farms Chicken statue that was outside too. I?ve been walking to this gas station since it first opened. The food is great, there?s plenty of snacks and drinks, it?s not a... nasty gas station by any means. They have self-service machines and regular checkout. The food can take a while but like I said,it?s pretty good. I recommend the fried chicken, cheese fries, and Mac & cheese. Order chicken on Saturday to pick up Sunday at 3:30pm. Get there at 3:20 they didn't know anything about it. Then the guys finds... the ticket and says to me are you the one who wanted 5 of the 8 piece mix. So he did know about it. So he said I can fix thatfor you right now take about 20min. Or so. I said yes where else could I have gone. So disappointed people were very apologeticsbut I ended up getting there 30 minutes later to the event. So much for calling in an order. I?m a recent fan of Royal Farms. They don?t have them where I?m from but I?ve always been a fan of great food and Royal Farms is... the best if you like fried chicken. If you don?t like fried chicken I suggest you try RF and be ready to become a fan. Thefacility itself is incredible when you realize it?s a gas station/ convenience store as well.
