This place is awesome. Absolutely phenomenal. The tables are clean and the atmosphere is fantastic. The servers are fast and... attentive and will get you anything you need. They even have a tournament room that is huge. The food is great and we all had areally wonderful time. We will definitely be going back again. I?ve lived in Virginia Beach for 5months now, and came here to Q-Masters my first time. The server Hannah was Awesome and then... ended up meeting two good dudes. They were really cool and the atmosphere here was Great!! I hope it doesn?t lose itsAuthenticity that?s how places move up and include everyone like they part of a family. It?s definitely going to make it hard ifI left Virginia Beach back home to NYC. But I want to thank you for to those who making it good for me. Best pool place hands down in Hampton Roads! You have been forewarned though this place is always packed but everybody in there... is awesome. You have all age groups there and the best part there is no smoking allowed! I go here almost every other day. Thepeople here are amazing and the food is really good I've spent hours here. Excellent evening with the wife at Q-Master Billiards! It was half off for lady's night so playing was cheaper than normal. Had... the Hawaiian Behr-Ger with fries, highly recommend. Will be coming back soon with friends! Read more

This place has great tables and food, but staff is more worried about mingling and dating with each other than customer service.... I would be shocked as an owner! But hey maybe that?s a good thing because you can always find help hanging out at the bar. Read more
I only gave them 2 stars because I enjoy playing pool. Definitely be careful with your food. Was there the other night and had... ordered some food. While we played pool and sat back down to finish eating my boy found a ???? yes a cockroach in his food.Won't be going there anymore. Just think about it. They climb into your bags jackets and other stuff. Next thing you know yourhome and brought these bugs into your home. Good luck Read more
