Came here for my birthday in the EVENING and they could not accommodate 6 people due to umbrellas which were not even needed.... Would not even let us put chairs on the ends of the table due to needing to have room to pass. Only 2 other couples outside andthey had seated them on both ends of the outside area. How stupid was that?. It was my BIRTHDAY and they wanted us to sit atseparate tables. Shame on them! This is our usual Mexican restaurant, we have sat together outside many times. to start off the lady who took our order on the phone (which was the manager) was completely incompetent taking our order . i... had to start over and repeat the order 2-3 times before she got it right . finally get there and she (the manager) is SUPER rude. all of a sudden wants to charge for extra cheese and onions which wouldn't have been a problem had she not been SO rude when iasked about it . ive been coming here for 10-15 years and not once have been charged for it . when i questioned the manager shewas EXTREMELY arrogant and rude and said "i don't know what to tell you" with the utmost disrespect towards me , as if me askingwhy it's $10 more expensive than normal was out of line . on top of that , i got charged 1.50 for this TINY cup of queso whenthe large cup side of queso i ordered as well is $4 . i also received the normal amount of onions when i was charged for extra .we didn't even get utensils or napkins with our to go order ! i don't want a pitiful "contact us" reply to this review i want aREFUND ???? ill take my chances with the holland or haygood location .
