I only gave this place a single star so I could write this review. First I ordered a queso dip with chorizo to go (something... simple)and when I received my order it was different than what I was thinking. I called to give them a chance to fix my orderand when they would not I asked to get a refund. When my wife got there, she was told we could not have a refund and was shownthe menu to tell her why it was ordered wrong. After feeling disrespected by the manager, my wife just wanted a refund for thefood that was wrong, but the manager said since they had made it he wanted us to have it so she could see the difference offproportions she actually wanted. He finally gave us the food we ordered so then we just left. It was a simple fix, but have lostour business due to the terrible management and customer service. I understand every restaurant does something different withmenu items but it should have been explained to us what it was since she ordered something a little different than what was inthe menu. Again, no disappointment with the food. Taco Tuesday is awesome. Even took home a dish to have tomorrow. And it is fantastic.
We found this jewel at Virginia Beach!! Beautiful restaurant Plaza Azteca. We ordered some yumm drinks and Tacos n Fajitas. So... tasty. Staff is super friendly. Loved their complimentary nachos portion along with salsa. Really tasty goes well with drinks.Do try their inhouse spicy sauce, spicy n really hits the spot. We got the patio which was well lit with some spanish music forperfect ambience!! I would highly recommend this place for chilling n catching up with friends!! Read more
Plaza Azteca is our go to Restaurant for Birthdays, Holidays, celebrations and Family gatherings! Every single person absolutely... loved the food and service. My family is known at this location. We have tried others, but, always come back here, for more!Absolutely everything on the menu is delicious. The table side guacamole is, by far, the best in town! Read more
