We ordered the pizza with no marinara sauce on top and extra cheese we didn't know we had to specify hot or cold but... nevertheless it was cold no cheese gobs and marinara sauce all over the top of it a manager refused to fix it change it or giveus some money back needless to say we didn't have dinner last night I'll never eat there again anybody who has any good commonsense will never eat there. he needs to be fired the way he treated us and talk to us is unacceptable he's not manager material.The customer is always right everywhere exept NOT at Pizza Hut on Indian River road in Chesapeake.... This dude is a horriblemanager I never in my life been refused to exchange the pizza or simply make it the way I order it until last night and I'm 60years old I asked for them to make the way I ordered it he said no mamma that's the way it comes you have no choice about thesauce.... Well if it's a frozen pizza i could understand that but to my knowledge Pizza Hut makes every pizza fresh the way Iorder it but evidently not so at Pizza Hut on Indian River road in Chesapeake Virginia never again will I give $23 away to PizzaHut not one red cent!!!! I normally order pizza hut all the time with no issues. I ordered 3 pizzas yesterday for delivery. I was never notified that it... was delivered. The pizza was left on the ground. Not only did it get cold bugs were also crawling all over them. I paid $60+ forpizza that I couldn't enjoy. On top of that my order was not even accurate. Read more
Placed an order online thru the Pizzahut website useing my points for carryout and the restaurant was closed an hour earlier... then the time advertised on the website so never picked up my order but still took my points not cool very poor customer serviceand false advertisment Read more
I ordered pizza tonight (May 6th, 2022 at 4:50 pm) I placed an order for a pizza & used my rewards points to buy some bread... sticks. I never received my breadsticks when we received our order at 6:15pm. I contacted the store & after being on hold for12 minutes they get back on the phone and proceed to tell me that they are taking care of it for me. Here it is 7:48 pm andguess what, still no breadsticks. I would be livid if I had actually paid for them. I've already contacted Pizza Hutthemselves twice and let them know about my experience. I definitely won't be ordering from this location or any Pizza Hutagain. They are making Little Caesars look better every day. Read more
Ordered via phone was told it would be thirty five minutes. An hour and half later i called to see what was going on. I stayed... on the phone for twenty minutes while I drove to Pizza Hut and stood waiting in their lobby to be waited on. No apology, nonothing only took off the delivery fee. We ordered for delivery at 7:30 and the online time frame was 30 minutes. We called the store at 9 pm to check on the status.... The first time the employee hung up on us, second him an employee tells up it will be a 4-5 hour wait (when they close at 12amand it?s already 9).
