I ordered a stuff crust pizza with pepperoni, chicken pasta & the cinnamon rolls for dessert. The pizza seemed like it was... almost precooked & was not looking fresh when it arrived. For the 3rd time, my order has not been ready on time (an extra 20 minutes late!!) curbside is NOT curbside, never once has... anyone brought my pizza to the car. I have to go in to get it. 2/3 times no one else was in the store but me and 3-4 workers. For my daughter?s surprise 15th bday I had to leave the parking lot because pizza wasn?t ready and go back to have the surpriseparty with NO FOOD, and then leave my daughters party to go BACK for the pizza . THEN, as 3-4 workers watch me from behind thecounter. 1 was folding boxes casually, the others standing there, one leaning on the shelf just talking and joking while I?mstanding there for the 2nd time waiting to be helped!! I had to literally say ?Ineed my pizzas? for any of them to come help me.Even after they looked at me twice. Then she was short/rude. Never spoke a word. I volunteered my name, never was asked. Not apeep. This was by far the worst. But so many other times this specific Pizza Hut has done me wrong. I will not go back.Fortunately there are 3 other pizza huts near me within same distance, but for years, I liked this one, the previous workersfrom 3-6years past. Now a long standing customer, have had enough. Customer service! It?s not just pizza you are ?doing?.Families, parties, children?s, parents looking to spend time with kids they get to during the wk, grandparents treating theirgrandkids, relationships, people?s time, hard earned money and efforts and we choose YOU to rely on to follow through on apromise of customer service timely and kindly. I ordered a pizza, wings, and cinnabon swirls. The pizza had the incorrect sauce and there was so little of it that I would say... 80% of the pizza had no sauce. The wings were large but there was so little sauce I had to furiously shake the container just toget all the wings coated in something. I contacted the restaurant and got a store credit. I feel like pizza hut corporate needsto do an overhaul of their employee satisfaction system to ensure more quality service. Read more
I placed my order and received a call that the delivery driver could not find my home . I live in a neighborhood where our house... numbers are on the garage . When I stated that I was confused how the driver got lost the manager told me , "things happen" .She said the driver just showed up back to Pizza Hut and literally 5 minutes later he was at my house. I have not eaten Pizza Hut pizza in many years but decided to try the stuffed cheese crust this evening. We also ordered a... medium hand- tossed cheese, boneless wings, regular wings and Cinnabon. Delivery was quick and the food was piping hot. I'm nota fan of the stuffed crust-- although the bottom of the crust was very brown, it seemed slightly doughy & undercooked. Once Iput the pizza into the oven for a few minutes, the stuffed crust was okay. The hand tossed cheese was really good as were thelemon pepper bone-in wings and boneless teriyaki wings. Ordered pizza around 8pm on a Saturday night for carry-out. Pizza was fresh and on time per online time. My only complaint is... that the toppings on my pizza were very sparse. Each pizza slice did not have all 3 toppings present. Not the end of the world,but a bit of a bummer. Friendly staff and store was clean in appearance. Read more
People are friendly but I arrived as the lady was making my pizza. I watched her putting the toppings on with bare hands and... then slide my pizza onto the oven rack. Which is right behind a trash can as you can see in the pictures. So my pizza passedover the trash can, and then after it was set on the rack she actually grabbed the trash can rim for some reason. Then she tookthose same bare hands that had just grabbed the trash can rim and started making the next pizza...no wash of course. Read more
