Had an issue last night (Saturday) where I ordered at 9:20pm and arrived in drive thru at 9:45 or so to pick up. Sat at the... window for a a while and there was no movement inside. Drove around the building once to see if I could see anyone.. no oneinside. Only thing I could think is that maybe there was only 1 person working and they were in the bathroom for an extendedperiod. I tried calling while I was in the DT, no answer. Eventually I just drove back home. This morning, I called there andexplained the situation to a gentleman who did offer to replace the food. Since the fryers were not operational yet I could notget my entire order replaced, but he did offer to replace the wings with pizza, or give me a refund. I accepted the pizzaalternative and when I got there, he told me he had found out the order was voided, so I had already been refunded. I went homewith a refund and an extra pan pizza to cover the inconvenience and the gas money I spent driving there and back twice. Avoid this pizza hut! They messed up my pizza. I called the same night to let them now my pizza was not what I ordered. The... manager that might told me they were out of dinner box dough and they would credit my account to get another dinner box wheneverI come get. So I called to get my dinner box and just like I thought; no one wants to own up to their mistakes and I have nocredit for a dinner box. Then tell me she's going to call the other manager. Ordered a hand tosseds super supreme at 8:28 p.m. got home about 20 minutes later open up my pizza and it was pepperoni and... olives. It had a hole in it and was extremely cold. I took it back and ask for the correct Pizza the manager said oh yeah wehave it. It's 9:32 now. The manager asked did I want the cold pizza that has been sitting for an hour or a new one. Stupidquestion because I paid for a hot pizza. Got my new pizza and it's undercooked and tastes horrible.
