The new guys they have during night shift is terrible I ordered a pizza usually it take about 15 mins I go there and these... unorganized employees loses the entire order tells me to wait another 15 mins I come back in 15 mins later and they said myorder been ready just to tell me they lost it again like wth. I am a frequent customer at this Pizza Hut never had an issue before as of late new management is horrible they don't know how... to make pizzas I had them remake my pizza and they still messed it up the manager tried to explain to me that in the Pizza Hutmanual they are supposed to put a cup of sauce but it looks like he put three cups of sauce on my pizza I live within walkingdistance but I will no longer be going to this location save yourself and don't go.. please see photo where there is way toomuch sauce on this pizza and one of the slices barely has any toppings on it... Our pizza looked old and dried the crust lookshorrible but it was explained to me that this is how the pizza is supposed to look... The new manager has a very sloppyappearance.... I had to call and order lunch for a non-profit so I was ordering a larger order. The women I spoke to wasn't very helpful when... it came to what deals they had and seemed to be rushing me off the phone. I felt pressured to put in a quick order andcompletely missed a great deal they were having. I ended up not buying enough food and way overpaid for it since I didn't knowabout the deals that were available. I immediately had to call back and order more food and when I asked her about the deal andor seeing what they could do to help lower the overall amount through coupons, she was rude and unhelpful. I made the mistake of ordering wings through the call center, and not my local store( although that was the number I dialed). ... I ordered 18 honey barbecue wings ($31.21) to have while enjoying a Sunday at home watching racing. I picked up my order andheaded home to enjoy the evening. Took wings out of plastic bowl and much to my surprise they were Buffalo Hot. I tried tocover 6 of them with honey BBQ sauce, but they were still to hot to eat. The location I use is usually very good so I attributethe error to the call center. I plan on returning the dozen I didn?t eat tomorrow. Good help is hard to find!! Read more
Arrived late, which was good cause they called and told me they accidently gave my pizza away. They had the new pizza ready in... time for my arrival but the pepperoni was burnt around the edges and the pizzas were not as hot as I was expecting. Read more

Tl;dr: Horrible service, burnt pizzas. Ordered two pizzas for delivery. They were 15 minutes late, and both pizzas were badly... burnt. I took the pizzas back to the store to be remade. After 40 minutes, I asked where they were, only to find that they'dbeen made and stuffed in a heating unit without saying anything. Read more
Staff was extremely quick for a weekend. Pizza was made correctly and it was hot.
