I'm fairly new to ordering from Papa John's. This is the second time I've ordered delivery. Tonight was horrible. I ordered at... 4:05 (approximately) online order said delivery time 35 minutes which isn't bad considering the store is less than a mile frommy house. After 45 minutes I went back online to track my order...tracker said "running late, driver is taking other order onthe way". At 5:00 my food was finally delivered. Barely lukewarm. I asked the driver if I needed to sign anything (I paidonline), he said no and walked away without giving me a receipt. (I will be watching my online account for any fraudulentcharges or any additional "tip" that I did not authorize). If this is how Papa John's operates, I will not be ordering from hereagain. Very dissatisfied. *EDIT* I have had nothing but issues from this location. Forgot part of my order on multipleoccasions. Rude staff when you call. Cold food...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I order from them often. Sometimes I?ll mess up the zip to my billing address and when I order they pull the funds then tell me... address is wrong. They will keep that money for 4-8 weeks.
