If I could give 0 stars that's what I was doing! I ordered pizza and got a smash pizza... we couldn't even eat from it because... everything was stick to each other and looked disgusting!!!!! When I called them, they were close and when I call day after,they told me they can't refund me because it's a new day!!!! While I'm try to explain that they were close and my order wasnight before - so it's not even 24 hours after!!!! The manager was very rude! Bad customer service I ever had!!! I know howbusiness works, and it's not that way!!! She continued to tell me that she can't give me my money back. Last night my familystayed hungry because of you!!!! They don't care about nothing! I paid them for throwing my pizza away! Such a shame. I willnever again order from you. You lost a good customer. Read more
I wasn't pleased with my pizza on 10/01/21. I ordered the XL pizza deal and cheese sticks. Both were very dry and cold. I went... directly home after picking up my order. If I had looked at it while in the restaurant, I would have left it there. It will bea while before I order from there again....maybe never. Read more
If I could give less than one star I would. Very disappointing!! The pizza was terrible, probably the worst I've eaten. The... toppings were ridiculously skimpy, the crust was more akin to cardboard than anything edible. Poor quality, yet stilloverpriced. Absolutely amazing Papa John's location. They are always friendly, the food is always fresh and amazing hot temp. I've burned my... mouth more than once on this pizza! We never have to wait long to pick up the order. Their wings are amazing also. We have neverhad an incorrect order here. My ONLY complaint is that getting out of their parking lot back into traffic can be difficult. Thatis not their fault though, just how it is at this location. If you want good food, eat here! Ordered from here many of times their Pizza food has never let me down it's always hot and fresh made correctly and always... delivered with a smile sorry I didn't 5-star y'all sooner I thought I had given you all of you. We just ordered today and were told 25-30 mins for our delivery. Every time I called for 40 mins it said the order was out for... delivery with an estimated time of 12 mins. We finally get our order 70 mins later and of course it's cold. If it was at leasthot the double time it took to get it delivered wouldn't have been so bad.
