I like this location but ..They let there coffee & hot water get warm it's times I've had to heat my tea up in the microwave.... Also idk why Panera is now taking away cinnamon off the coffee station. I liked the cinnamon. Other than thus they're good. Read more
I called the restaurant 7 times prior to writing this review and received no answer. I called to discuss the issue with my carry... out order. I asked for extra mayo and was told it was put on the side only to open up a sandwich that had so much mayo that itwasn?t edible. The tomato soup is runny and watery. Doesn?t have that normal sweet taste. I called to inquire if the recipe hasbeen changed. I was very unhappy with my order. Read more
The food is ok, but the prices are really expensive. I got a pick 2 with a drink. Extra chicken breast on the Caesar salad,... bacon turkey bravo and it was $19.75. wow! Went with friends so it was more social than to eat, but seems a bit much for whatyou get. Read more
Majority of staff is incredibly rude. They all act like it's their first day on the job. Unaware of how online ordering works.... Hiding half the food from your order behind the counter. Then they get mad when you ask for the rest of your food. They markfood as ready on the app when they haven't made it yet. They rudely ask why you're waiting at the order pick up area. There is always a missing item. If the order has too many pastries please use boxes and not paper bags. Otherwise, the pastries... get ruined. The steel cut oatmeal didn't have all the ingredients. Between quality and speed I prefer quality. Read more
Breakfast sandwich was decent - could have been warmer; staff serving was pleasant; wait was long. Only one of the self checkin... was working, as well as one cashier for a Saturday morning. Panera years ago was my go-to on the road but it?s severely hit andmiss throughout the country nowadays, RE: quality. I?d try this Panera again if I?m in the neighborhood and need a quick bite? I ordered a pick two for lunch around 11:45 AM from the Pembroke location --- half of tuna sandwich, broccoli macaroni, and a... side of chips. My order was to go. The staff was friendly and restaurant was clean. The tuna did not taste good like what I'vehad at other local Panera's. This tuna tasted like and had the appearance of the chunk light kind from the can. It was a verywet, messy sandwich. The broccoli macaroni was absolutely delicious. Read more
Great place to have lunch even if it was a little crowded. The plastic utensil were not included in our order, we had to ask 2... people to get it. It should be outside the crowded cashier, so we could help ourselves and be more convenient. We ordered breadto take home and it was good. I will be back. Read more
