This Panera Bread moved about a year ago from the Parkway Place Shopping Center to the Lynnhaven Mall area. They are a... standalone building to the right after entering into the complex from International Dr. I come here frequently. This is one ofthe first Panera Bread locations I have been to that has a drive through. My most recent visit was on November 19, 2022. Thereis ample parking available, but you have to be careful when making turns, as it's extremely easy to go up the curbs. Hopefullyin the future they change how the parking area looks. Definitely no curb appeal here. Also, Bank of America is next to PaneraBread. There is parking over there for the bank, but don't park there if coming to Panera Bread during the bank's normalbusiness hours according to signage there. This location is larger than their original location. The inside is bright and issimilar to other Panera Bread locations. There are three kiosks where you can order on inside, but you can also order ahead onthe app too. There is an area where you can order with someone there as well. Panera Bread has an Unlimited Sip Club. This isa drink subscription of sorts. For $11.99 a month, you can get unlimited drinks (every 2 hours) at any Panera Bread location. I have been doing this for a while now, and I definitely use it more than the monthly cost if I were to order separately. Iwould say that if you are getting a drink here at least 3 to 4 times a month, you should join the sip club, as it will save youmore in the long run. Although most of my visits are to get a drink, I do occasionally order food items here as well. Atbreakfast, my go to is normally a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich on brioche. At lunch and dinner time, I have a few items thatI go to. I generally choose between the Bacon Turkey Bravo, Chipotle Chicken Sandwich Melt, or a flatbread pizza. Ordered 2 Chipotle chicken sandwiches, 2 salads, and a mac n cheese. The sandwiches had so little chicken on them we couldn't... even pick it off 1 side and make the other halves with enough chicken. I took all the chicken out and it didn't even fill thepalm of my hand. The avocado was all brown and black. The croutons in the salad were stale. I've been to this location a fewtimes over the last 2 years with no problems until now. Extremely disappointed considering it was $60 worth of food that wassub-par to say the least. Read more
Just a quick rapid pick up. First time visiting this location. Lots different and much brighter than where they used to be. The... girl at the counter was very polite, nice and helpful! Don't recall a name... A different process to picking up orders and muchbetter in my opinion. Rapid pick up used to be on a shelf and anyone could just walk off with an order. Still can here I guessbut at least it's a counter where employees can actually see it. Grabbed a Birthday freebie cinnamon roll and a chargedlemonade, Fuji cranberry I believe. Great place! The salad was mushy. The chicken I had to spit out it was awful. Forgot the chips. The drink was fine. I've been a customer of... Panera and always good. A cheap take out place would have had better. Extreme disappointment . Going to write headquarters. Read more
First time visiting the location?the cashier was so responsive. The food was great. It seemed a bit different from the... traditional fast food restaurant. It had a homemade taste to it and everything seemed fresh. Read more
We came to Virginia beach for a visit and fell in love with this panera bread location. We tried other ones in the vicinity, but... this one is the one with most choices when it comes to the menu. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are super friendly. Wewill definitely revisit this spot if we're around. Read more
I order lunch online. This looks nothing like the full bowl they show online. Flavor is good. Service is great and online... ordering was easy. 3 star! Had my bowl was full like the picture online they would had gotten 5 star. So disappointed with theportion. This is not a half order is a full order and there was nothing full about this bowl. I ordered from the Panera website and the driver delivered Cracker Barrel. I called Panera who instructed me to call door dash.... I called door dash who told me they would try to re order for me and/or issue me a refund. To do this, they needed to call thePanera store. They couldn?t get in touch with anyone at Panera and told me I needed to call Panera myself to request the refund.I called Panera multiple times and my call was not answered. I never got me food and have not been able to get a refund either. Read more
